The SpaceI have a fully furnished two bedroom basement suite available for rent. There is one queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Wifi, cable and in-suite washer dryer included. The kitchen has pots, dishes, kettle, microwave, etc. If there is something you need and it's not there, please let me know and if I have it, it's yours. :) The only caveat is that there is only a shower, no tub. C N Center is a three-four minute drive. Downtown is about an eight minute drive away. The university is a five minute drive away. Getting AroundThe bus stop is two blocks away. I am located on a nice, quiet street. Traffic is minimal. Other Things to NoteI have a large dog upstairs that is very friendly once he knows you. He is very treat motivated and there are dog biscuits provided in your suite for our shared back yard. It's important to note that there is only a shower, no tub.

The SpaceThis beautiful character home is set up for executive/professional travelers or vacationers who would enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Recently completely renovated and with all new furnishings, it has retained the charm of solid quality craftsmanship. The kitchen renovation was designed by Versa Design under architect Paul Zanette, whose exquisite taste has left a legacy throughout Prince George. The house is set on three lots with mature trees, a fully fenced back yard and underground sprinkler system, and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Northern B.C. Hospital and downtown retail and businesses. The house boasts in-floor heating in slate tile floors in the bathroom, entry hall and throughout the kitchen. The original hardwood flooring covers the majority of the flooring on the main level. The house and garage are armed by a fully monitored security system. The kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful custom made cabinets, an Italian six-burner gas stove and oven, French-door refrigerator, built-in wine cooler, custom butcher block island and a custom maple dining room table with leather seating. It is completely stocked with high-end kitchen wares, small appliances, glassware, and cooking utensils. If there's something missing, we would love to know what it is! The main floor boasts a media room that has Natuzzi leather seating, a gas fireplace, TV, stereo, DVD and an assortment of games, movies and music. As well, there is a formal living room on the main floor with a gas fireplace, bright south facing windows, and with the added privacy of French doors at each entry. The solarium home office with French entry door off of the kitchen surrounds you with sunlight and the comforts of leather seating, free WiFi, printer and office supplies. A French door off of the dining room leads to the back deck with patio set and BBQ. It is surrounded by lilacs, sunlight and is a quiet, relaxing sanctuary in itself. The main level bathroom design boasts a three piece bath with a glass tiled walk-in shower and highest quality fixtures. It is adjacent to the stackable washer/drier for in-suite laundry. "The Blue Room", a queen bedroom on the main level boasts a walk-in closet, new mahogany cabinets, and a sleep that will ensure you wake up invigorated due to our "heavenly bedding". The upper level of the house has two bedrooms, "The Skylight Room" which has a queen bed with "heavenly bedding", mahogany cabinets, and a "heavenly view" of the Northern Lights and stars from your bed. The Master Bedroom is all comfort with King "heavenly bedding", custom built-in maple drawers and closets providing lots of storage space, dark mahogany furniture and a three piece ensuite with cast iron claw foot bath. This is a home with character, warmth, and comfort. We are certain that once you've stayed here, you'll never want to stay in a hotel again. You will want to call it home. The SpaceThis 20 year old log house is located in a secluded setting among poplar, birch and spruce trees. It has an unlimited supply of excellent drinking water from its own well. There is electric heat as well as a wood heater on the main floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave and full stove, coffee maker and dishes. There is also a small electric organ for keyboardists to enjoy. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house as well as hiking and cross-country skiing on ungroomed trails. We ask that you do not visit the cow herd or enter farm buildings unaccompanied or without permission. Interaction with GuestsGuests are expected to be completely independent. Nevertheless we are always available to meet needs and provide assistance. There is no landline phone in the house but there is cell service. Wireless internet is available. The NeighborhoodPersonal transportation is a necessity for this accommodation. While in the area visit Barkerville Historic Town, Cottonwood House, Wells, Bowron Lake Provincial Park, the city of Quesnel, Historic Huble Homestead in Prince George, UNBC, Exploration Place museum, The Ancient Forest, 10 Mile Lake, and much more. There is an endless amount of wilderness to explore - hiking, canoeing, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling. Getting AroundWe are 4.5 hours from Jasper and 9 hours from Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. We are two hours from the Bowron Lakes Canoe Route, a 116 km wilderness paddle. Other Things to NoteAnother single bed can be added for a sixth person.

The SpaceThis suite is one of the only suites in the most desirable executive areas of Prince George. Westgate is known for its prestige and proximity to all major amenities. You will feel at home in this fully furnished, luxurious, elite suite! Guest AccessGuests will have access to very fast, 50Mbps broadband wireless 5G Internet. I've also supplied a 46" LED flat screen Smart TV with access to Netflix among other Wifi services. The suite also includes a heater in case it gets cold in the winter months and instant, on-demand hot water. No waiting for hot water! Interaction with GuestsThe suite is fully self contained and there will be minimal contact with the host (unless you want of course!). I'm usually around and work from home, so if there is anything needed, I'm only a quick text away :) The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is in a very high end area of town where many doctors and other executives live. The suite backs on to a private elementary school and is very close to all the amenities in Upper College Heights. Getting AroundThe best way to get around Prince George is by car. If you are traveling by transit, there is a bus (#88) stop three blocks away, near the highway where you turn off to get here.

The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is very close to schools with lovely walking trails. Just down the road are also outdoor tennis courts, the YMCA, and and outdoor running track. Also, do not worry about breakfast because we have a coffee and tea bar with assorted fruits and homemade goodies for you in the morning!

The SpaceYou will live in a very clean home within a great friendly neighborhood. We can share the laundry room as well. If you what to use fresh herbs from the yard - feel free to do so. None of the suite is below grade and the light from the main living area window is fantastic. The main bedroom has a new queen size sealy postupedic bed and the main living space has a futon. During the winter, the access path will be cleared of snow The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood College Height is the best neighborhood in Prince George. Very safe, quiet and within walking distance of Walmart, Save on food, Original Joe's, College Height pub, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Fat Burger, Mark Work Wharehouse plus other shops Getting AroundA bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. I will also pick you up / drop you off at the train station if possible Other Things to NotePlease feel free to use the back yard for chilling out. I also have a gas BBQ for guests to use.

Don't worry about parking, there is lots of room, both in the water and on land. The grassy playing field and badminton court / basketball in the back are perfect for non-water play time. The paved area is great for kids on bikes, and the field (although slightly sloped) can accommodate any sport or grass game, like bocce ball. Planning a mini family reunion? The property has multiple flat areas for campers or rv's. We can also suggest a couple options for talented local photographers, should you wish to capture the family all together. Upon checkout, the owner will do a walk through again with guests. The NeighborhoodCluculz Lake is an incredibly beautiful destination in Northern BC. The lake is just the right amount of quiet and caters to all needs, from fishing to water sports, kayaking, swimming, hiking, resting and relaxing. For fishing enthusiasts, the lake is home to a variety of fish species, including Rainbow Trout, Sockeye Salmon (Kokanee), Lake Trout (Char), Ptychocheilus (Pikeminnows or Squawfish), Freshwater Whitefish (Whitefish), and Lingcod. You won't be cold swimming in the calm lake either, as it often reaches a surface temperature between 24 and 27 degrees celsius. Getting AroundThe nearest airport is YXS airport in Prince George. There are car rentals available on site at the airport. You won't have a problem parking at Cluculz Lake Retreat, there are multiple parking spots available. The closest convenience store (Brookside Resort) offers basic staple items, liquor and is about a 5 minute drive down Highway 16. There are coin laundry facilities and fuel located here as well. Vanderhoof is about a 25 minute drive west down Hightway 16 and offers full grocery stores, restaurants and a local theatre. Other Things to NoteCluculz Lake is not serviced by internet providers yet. You will get cell service in the cabin; however, on weekends, service tends to be poor due to overload of nearby cell towers. We will be offering internet service to guests as soon as it is available. We offer the following services at an additional rate: grocery shopping pre-arrival, food and beverage delivery during stay, fuel for water toys, and anything you may have forgotten to pack.

If we are able we will help in any reasonable way we can:) We have even offered to have the suite ready with groceries and can provide a cleaning service for guests who wish to stay longer. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet, well established neighborhood made up of single dwelling homes. Getting AroundYou are within walking distance to downtown, the mall, several restaurants and the college (CNC). The buses to UNBC are just down the road on 15th Ave.

Overall we are very easy going and like to interact with guests, and we also repect the guests if they would like their space to relax and enjoy. The Neighborhoodwe live in a quiet and private area but centrally located at the same time. Getting AroundWe are located about 2 mins from bus stops and shopping. Also we are with in 5 min drive to most arenas and the mall. Other Things to NoteAny questions or needs just let us know.
