Special Comments about Rates
Pay early; Pay less.
The longer you stay; the less you pay per night.
Rates vary enormously based on length of stay, special event periods, number of guests and specials that we run from time to time. For example, a short stay around Christmas can have a higher daily rate than a longer stay in winter. This website is unable to show this in full. We show the 7-night rate here, rather than rates for various week days, as we do not charge extra for weekends etc. So please ask us for a quote. We always reply quickly.
A small fee is charged for the use of the foldaway and/or sofa bed at $25/night. A cot and and high chair can mostly be provided for free; BYO linen. No hidden fees or taxes. Surcharges are added to these standard rates for special event periods.
This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 7 nights, but we do allow shorter stays at times.
We often accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:

The NeighborhoodBrunswick is well known for its many events and attractions including the Brunswick Music Festival, Sydney Road Street party, Melbourne Zoo, multi-cultural cuisine, Brunswick market and the community environment park.
Traditionally a working class area noted for it's large Italian and Greek communities and long a stronghold of left-wing politics in Melbourne, Brunswick is currently known for it's local bohemian culture, strong arts community and large student population, owing to it's proximity to the University of Melbourne and RMIT University, the latter of which's Brunswick campus is located within the suburb.
Brunswick takes its name from George IV and the city of Brunswick, Germany. It is bordered to the south by the suburbs of Princes Hill and Parkville, to the east by Brunswick East, to to the north by Coburg and to the west by Brunswick West.
Brunswick's main thoroughfare and commercial strip is Sydney Road, which runs north-south as the continuation of Royal Parade and which several kilometres north of Brunswick becomes the Hume Freeway.
