The SpaceYour room includes a double bed with fresh linen including towels, built-in wardrobe with hanging space and bedside table and light. The recently renovated, spacious living areas are decorated in a modern, chic style, while the full kitchen (including nespresso coffee machine), bathroom and laundry have all the amenities you need at your disposal. Our smart tv has netflix and other apps available and can play files direct from usbs. Guest AccessYour room is private and the rest of the house is shared with us and our friendly cat, Nala. We live in the house and are letting out our spare room to guests, who may come and go as they please with their own keys. Guests can enjoy total privacy most weekdays as we usually go out 2-3 nights a week to the gym and visiting friends/family. Interaction with GuestsAt least one of us will be present to greet our guests and we are a friendly couple used to living in share-houses/flats. We are more than happy for guests to call or text us with any questions or problems you might encounter while traveling. We can recommend loads of attractions either within the CBD area or the surrounding beaches, wine regions and national parks – just ask! The NeighborhoodWe live in a typical Adelaide suburban area – tree-lined streets, safe and quiet neighbours and plenty of space. There is a supermarket, chemist, fish + chip shop, pizza place, liquor store and petrol station within 5-10 minutes’ walk. Getting AroundWe have two bus stops within 400m of the house which will get you into the city centre within 15-20 minutes. We can show you how to access the real-time bus arrival times for our stops so that you don’t have to wait. Alternately if you have a car we can provide on-site covered car parking. Depending on traffic it’s around 10-15 mins to the CBD. If you are in the city centre and need to get a taxi home, it costs around $20. Other Things to NoteAny questions, please ask away. Airport transfers and breakfast provisions (depending on our time and availability) can be arranged for small additional cost if you'd like. For transport, the house is in Prospect suburb, first North of city, just two minutes walk to the station and bus stops with just 7 minutes train ride to the CBD. Close to shops and public transport. The house is air conditioned, there is natural gas, and continuous temperature controlled hot water. There's also filtered drinking water. Situated in a tree-lined street among other character homes. Once you step inside, this home excudes style and grace with crisp flowing lines. The house includes 3 bedrooms with the following set up - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed and Ensuire and Walk in Robe with LCD TV and Blu Ray - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with single bed BIR and LCD TV and Ipod Dock - Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with single bed Sleeping up to 9 total making it an ideal family get away and able to sleep two families with children. Also have a double fold out bed in living room It exudes a genuine feeling of comfort and space. All rooms are spacious, with main bedroom with ensuite, 37 inch LED LCD TV with Blu Ray, walk in robe and pleasant outlook. All bed and bath linen is supplied. Portacot and high chair available on request. The house has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort with ducts in all bedrooms and living areas. The house also has a spacious open lounge/living and kitchen with Euro gas top cooking, automatic coffee machine, free-standing fresh chilled water filter bottle and Elfa dishwasher with crisp white tiles throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The Dining Area has a new white 8 seater dining table. There is a large three seater leather lounge along with a 2 seater leather lounge with pull out sofa to sleep further guests.     The SpaceDo you like the idea of b&b but like to have your own space? Well, my place is ideal! This large studio is separate to the main house with it's own bathroom ensuite! It comprises a separate bedroom with queen size bed and good size dining/lounge with a small table and chairs, lounge/sofa, fridge and TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the studio with limited cooking (microwave oven and toaster, plus barbecue facilities are also available on request). The property is very private and spacious, with a separate entrance to the main house and plenty of free street parking. I have a lovely garden, to just sit and relax and enjoy a morning coffee. The main house, a circa 1920 bungalow, is on a lovely leaf lined street in the popular city fringe suburb of Prospect. Prospect is one of Adelaide's leafy green suburbs filled with beautiful character homes. It is only 5 km from the city. Public transport is only a 2 minute walk. A quaint main street with restaurants, great coffee antique stores, art gallery, laundromat, supermarket, post office, chemist, and newsagent are only a minutes walk from the property. It also a short walk to the vibrant and popular North Adelaide, filled with restaurants, cafes, shops and a public swimming pool. Buses are a two minute walk from the property and go through to the city and link up with the tram which can take you to the popular beach side suburb of Glenelg. The J2 Bus from the Adelaide Airport directly links up with a number of buses that will drop you minutes from the property.     My husband and I live in a beautiful spacious 3 bed room home with big open living area and kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities with modern appliances. Backyard is large with a BBQ and wood oven and very peaceful on a neighbour friendly street. The property and house is well secured and a safe area. We also have internet access (wifi), comfortable beds, table, cupboards and TV in each bedroom. Our house is very central in Adelaide, and have a bus stop outside our house and around the corner on a main road that goes straight to the city or to the other side of Adelaide into the beautiful hillside and which can take you to most places around Adelaide. However we are only 10 min walk from Mawson Lakes University and precent, 20 min walk to a major shopping complex and several shops across the road. Also it is only a 15- 20 minute drive either to the city and Adelaide University or to one of the most beautiful beaches in Adelaide- Semaphore. We have no children, however we do have 3 indoor and outdoor fun loving cats who are very affectionate and love people. We are both professional working musicians- so we have lots of variety of music in and around our house. We are very outgoing but also like to lounge around the house or entertain our family and friends when we get the opportunity. I love to cook so you will enjoy some beautiful food while you stay here.

    We are a couple, age 55 to 65 living at Blair Athol on a quiet street. It’s a fully updated house, there are 3 double bedrooms with 2 and ½ bathrooms, separate living room, large kitchen, dining and family area, looking over to a nice landscaped garden that is perfect for BBQs in summer time and beautiful sunshine in winter. I love cooking, my hubby is retired, we love working outside in the garden. We also enjoy meeting with different people from different nationalities.

The house itself is spacious and there are numerous places to relax, watch a movie, listen to music, cook, sleep, chat, party or whatever it is you are in the mood for. The city, pubs, clubs and restaurants are easy to access both in the area or in the city, a mere 10 minute train ride away. The area was traditionally industrial but has been redeveloped into a very fashionable and popular suburb on the city fringe. Getting AroundPublic transport is readily accessible with the train to the city, Port Adelaide, Semaphore and Grange being a short 4 minute walk across the park. The train is extremely affordable. It is efficient and services conclude around 1am. Bus services are also available and transport in a taxi from the CBD is approx $22 AUD. Other Things to NoteThis is a family home that we happily share with our guests. It is not a work space or an office. If this is what you require then our space is unsuitable.
