The SpaceLovely creek-side home is a relaxing retreat after a long day at the races. 4BD, 3 full baths, large closets, & retro bar in basement. Fully remodeled in 2013 to include master ensuite rain bath, new appliances, new carpet, paint and flooring. 2,800 square feet 15 minutes from downtown Louisville in a safe, serene setting. Master bedroom: 2 large closets, ensuite bath with rain shower, King size bed with a new sealy posterpedic mattress. Guest room has a queen size bed and large closet. Third bedroom is an infant's room for those traveling with a child. Additional full bathroom with a tub is located on the first floor. There is an office downstairs and a third full bathroom. There are two large couches (one upstair and one downstairs) that are very comfortable and will sleep additional people if needed. Retro bar in basement with access to local Kentucky Bourbon. Back deck overlooking gorgeous Harrods creek. Full patio set on back deck and access to BBQ. **********Prior to arrival fresh flowers will be provided and the house will be professionally cleaned with fresh linens.********** Cable TV (two TVs) and free wireless internet. Parking available in the garage for one vehicle. Large driveway provided for other vehicles. Brand new Kroger grocery store is less than a mile away as well as several restaurants and amenities like the Bristol restaurant (great Sunday brunch!), Starbucks and Highland dry cleaners. Fully furnished home with access to a full kitchen, deck, BBQ and retro bar access. Arrangements will be made upon reservation. The Space1 floor master (king bed) with huge bathroom including whirlpool tub and steam shower with 2 shower heads. 2nd floor master (queen bed) with shower and whirlpool tub. 3rd and 4th bedroom upstairs are a Jack and Jill with 2 twin bed in each room. Each room has own vanity and sink with a connected bathroom which has an additional sink and shower/toilet area. Basement has 5th bedroom with full bed and huge bathroom with whirlpool tub and heated floors. Large gym and bar in basement with 120 inch TV. The SpaceMy house is a ranch....very open.....was selected to be written up in the newspaper....has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, breakfast room, living room, spacious and welcoming. Amenities include central air, patio on golf course, 2 car garage. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is one queen bed and the other is a double bed. You will have to supply an air mattress for the third bed room. My house is available for other dates but you will have to contact me to confirm. There are several convenient spaces for bicycles and a little south-facing patio for relaxing. There is immediate access to Interstates 71, 65, and 64, and River Road, however, it is secluded and quiet. Waterfront Park and the Big Four walking bridge are just 3 miles away. There are two restaurants within walking distance and gas stations around the corner. Ideally located close to Interstate 264 for easy access to Churchill Downs and other local attractions. If you are looking to rent for Ironman, you will appreciate that the house is located right on the cycling section of the race - cheer your racer on from the driveway, or if you are a competitor, enjoy immediate access for training. Local attractions include the popular riverside restaurant Captains Quarters, located less than five minutes away, along with plenty of other great local restaurants. Rent kayaks or canoes locally and explore the peaceful creeks close by. There are five bedrooms in the main house and 1 self contained apartment above the garage. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bath Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom Bedroom 3 has a king size bed Bedroom 4 has two full beds Bedroom 5 has one full bed Apartment has one king size bed, kitchen and bathroom The house has a large and modern kitchen/dining area to accommodate your whole party comfortably. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with a large grill and wood burning oven. The gazebo has a large table that will comfortably seat 12 and is an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the sunset over the river. The house is kid friendly and has a playroom and a swing set to keep the little ones happy, but the house is just as well suited to an all adult party. Right now the house is only available for Derby and Ironman. If you are looking to rent for a different period we may be able to accommodate you, just send me an email with the details and I'll let you know if we can work something out. There is safe parking. The nearest airport is Standiford Field. Bicycles are provided for riding the neighborhood. Other Things to NoteThe location is close to a shopping mall, and access to the interstate. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Louisville.
