Sports activities: You will find all water sports activities nearby. A selection of fine restaurants , a Supermarket just across the street, bars, pub can be found nearby. There are different dance-Shows in some hotels and restaurants. Some restaurants and hotels nearby allow to use their pool if it's no need to swim at the beach. Bus stop at 100 m away covering all towns, Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts one large comprehensive Supermarket and many small supermarkes, a combination of traditional tavernas and cafes. Night-life is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are excellent safe beaches within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two entrances. 1 bedroom Apartment is ideal for (URL HIDDEN) airly with a large terrace (5 m x 3 m) from which you can enjoy the sun and dining al fresco on a patio table with 5 chairs. The fully equipped living room/kitchen with AC, includes oven/hob,air Extractor, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge/dining room has 2 armchair and 1 comfortable sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs. Entertainment comprises of flat -TV- Screen of 81 cm TV/Satellite with English,German, Russian and many European channels and a DVD player. The bedroom with a ceiling fan and air conditioning in summer and heating in winter included in rental, within reasonable consumption.All the rooms have air conditioning . The holiday area of Kapparis has holiday properties and perment homes for the permanent residents so that some shops,supermarkets,restaurants , is hier available during the whole year. It is a living area. The main town is Paralimni ,5 min. drive only with his nice churches ,and small shops. Paralimni has a mediterranean climate.From Dezember till February is mild and little rainy. The Spring from März to May is for the natures lovers the best time. It heats up, the plants bud and blossom , walking and have swimming at the beach. From Juni till August is the real summertime with temperatur about 32-35 C and 12 hours sunshine . In September, Oktober and November is cooler and much more pleasant. All essentials for confortable holidays are provided, the villa has air condition in all rooms, a big swimming pool, a master bedroom with a veranda overlooking the mediterrenean sea, a big kitchen with granite worktops and a spacious living area. The villa has a bbq and a veranda table for preparing meals outside during the hot summer nights of Cyprus. The distance to Malama Bay is about 200 meters and to Fireman's Bay it is about 1km. Prices are very reasonable for this quality of a villa and include wifi, electricity (up to 150 kwh /week), water and satellite TV channels. Cleaning service with change of linen is optional at a cost of 100 EUR for each cleaning requested. There are shops, bars and resaurants within walking distance of the villa, and two sandy beaches only 5 minutes walk away. The open plan living area comprises of a Kitchen with all appliances including, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads to the dining area that has a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa , satellite T.V, fireplace and coffee table. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the garden with a swimming pool and BBQ area. Upstairs the master double bedrom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds. Down at the beach the water is crystal clear and perfectly safe for the family so enjoy a swim or try your hand at some water sports action. Baby cot also available at no extra charge. Prices are for the flat, not per person, but are subject to a minimum stay of 10 days. Shorter stays are possible at slightly higher prices. Water use is included in the prices, but electricity is charged extra based on actual usage. The electricity meter is checked at the guests' presence at check in and check out. The flat includes air condition in all rooms, 32-inch flat screen TV, is very clean and in excellent condition. A single set of bed linen and towels is available, a second set is provided for stays of more than 30 days. The flat is located just off of Kapparis Avenue, a street with many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, a bakery and other shops and businesses. A bus line is also available nearby for those wishing to go to Protaras Center, Ayia Napa, Paralimni center and more. For transfers from the Larnaca Airport and back, I can offer VIP service in a luxury sedan. At second round about, (just before a McDonalds), you turn right at the roundabout for Protaras 4. At first roundabout you go straight (second option) 5. At traffic lights you turn left 6. At about 2 km distance you will arrive at a roundabout, you go strait (second option). 7. At about 1km distance you will pass Just Italian Restaurant on the right and Karas Tavern on the left, after Karas there is an open plot of land, the flat is located at the next building on the left hand side. At the front corner there is a cafe called "Mello Bar" 8. Turn left into the parking lot before Mello Bar. There is a lot of place to park (for free), take any space available. That's it, you have arrived! Please send me an sms when you leave the airport in the rental car, this way I can estimate your time of arrival, 40-50 minutes later. This is important so that you do not have to wait when you arrive. In case you get lost, stop by a landmark (such as a cafe or a hotel) and call me! If none of us can meet you, you can take your key in this manner: take the staircase towards the back corner of the building (behind Mello) and look for flat D14. To the write of the door there is a metal box that opens with a combination that I will write you in a private message, you form the number and pull down the small black button to the left of the numbers for the box to open. You take your key for Viktoria Suite, (if other keys are there you leave them inside), you close the box and mix the numbers. Then, you go downstairs, you walk a few steps towards the front of the building and go up one floor to flat C15. You use your key to enter... That's it. The SpaceThe flat has everything a family or group of 4 persons will need. It is only 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Kapparis area, and it is next to a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and other businesses. The price is very low, making it a very good choice for holidays in Protaras. Water use and wifi are included in the rate, however, electricity is extra, charged at a price of 0.24 EUR per kwh. You will see the meter at check in and check out to know how many kwh you have used. Airport transfers are available, at a cost of 60 EUR one way or 110 EUR both ways for a maximum of 4 persons. The SpaceThe main entrance leads into a spacious lounge area with open plan dining room and kitchen. There are two large comfortable leather sofas around a coffee table with dining table and chairs to sit six plus satellite television. The luxury fitted kitchen has a full range of appliances and with its lighting options creates a cosy and atmospheric setting to both relax and dine. Next to the stairs is a small shower room with toilet and from the lounge area there are double sliding patio doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the first floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus two other bedrooms with twin beds in each and a combined shower room and toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and the en-suite bedroom also has full length sliding windows. There is air conditioning throughout and all flooring is marble. The patio doors in the lounge give way to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with outdoor table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. The surrounds of the villa are laid to attractive garden and fenced for privacy. The SpaceA gate leads into the secluded, tranquil garden. The crystal clear pool has walk in Roman style steps (no ladder) edged by mature flowering shrubs set in small, white stones and overlooked by the large shaded terrace with plenty of room for sun loungers or the table and chairs for dining alfresco if you want to escape from the heat of the sun. In between is a spacious patio ideal for playing or relaxing on. To the left is the gated driveway giving private parking for 1 car, outside there is plenty of space for additional parking if required. Inside the villa is fully tiled and air conditioned throughout. Downstairs is of open plan design. The lounge and dining area are extremely well furnished with comfortable sofas, tv, and elegant dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern, top of the range appliances for a night of cooking and eating in if you are too tired to go out after soaking up the sun all day. Bedroom 1 is also located on the ground floor with a bathroom consisting of a walk in shower, sink and wc - ideal for guests if they find stairs a problem. The villa is halfway down the beach road which joins one of the best regarded beaches in the area (Firemen's Bay) to the centre of Kapparis; so 250m to the left is the beach, 250m to the right are a good selection of restaurants and bars. A local supermarket open 8am to 8pm located at the top of the road, 5 mins walk, perfect for everyday items, food, beer/wine, toiletries. Kapparis is a quieter, family friendly area popular with locals and ex-pats hence is open all year round. 15 mins walk to a local bus stop which runs every 20-30 mins along the coast to the larger, more touristy resort towns of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa which are 5min, 10min and 15-20min respectively and offer an increasingly large variety of entertainment during the day and late into the night. Last bus back 3am. Airport transfers can be arranged hence a car not necessary although car hire for all/some of your stay with delivery to the villa/airport possible. At second round about, (just before a McDonalds), you turn right at the roundabout for Protaras 4. At first roundabout you go straight (second option) 5. At traffic lights you turn left 6. At about 2 km distance you will arrive at a roundabout, you go strait (second option). 7. At about 1km distance you will pass Just Italian Restaurant on the right and Karas Tavern on the left, after Karas there is an open plot of land, the flat is located at the next building on the left hand side. At the front corner there is a cafe called "Mello Bar" 8. Turn left into the parking lot before Mello Bar. There is a lot of place to park (for free), take any space available. 9. Look for the staircase towards the back corner of the building behind Mello and go one floor up to find flat D14. 10. To the right of the door of D14 is a metal box on the wall. The SpaceOur apartment is decorated to a high standard, set in luxurious private setting, with private outdoor swimming pool. We have all mod cons, including fans and air conditioning, Flat Screen HD TV, DVD Player, and Wifi. To use the wifi (speeds of 4-8 Mbps), guests are given a unique code, which they must pay for. Daily (€12), Weekly (€25), bi-weekly (€40), or monthly (€55) rates apply. This is charged at cost., so we don't make a profit on this! The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one fitted with twin beds, and the other with a large double. The L-shaped sofa in the lounge is very comfy and will easily sleep an extra two people. We have a power shower fitted in our bathroom, and plenty of hot water is supplied by the solar panels on the roof. In winter months (December through February) we have an immersion heater, just in case guests need extra hot water. Our apartment has a great little juicer, which is excellent for making fresh orange juice in the mornings. We just ask that you keep it clean, and rinse it out after using it, so all guests can enjoy the privilege of having use of it. Check in is normally at 2pm, and check out is normally at 11am. However, we are happy to be a bit more flexible if we don't have other guests leaving/arriving on the same day. Getting AroundYou can easily cycle to Protaras (15 minutes) or drive there along the coastal road. To get to Ayia Napa, we recommend taking a taxi or driving (although parking could be tricky there). The air conditioning units are linked to a key swob, so they will turn off when you leave the apartment. Within 5 minutes' walk you can be at this tranquil beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water while at about 1km on the oposite diection you will find the famous Firemen's Beach and just up the road you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in the area of Kapparis that stay open throughout the year and are very popular with the locals. Protaras only 3km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months. There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa is the suburb of Kapparis, and more a bit further down is the smaller town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are less than three minutes’ drive away. There you also find Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset. At the nearby Malama Beach you can also find water sport facilities and within just 2 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pubs, Karras Fish Restaurant and a bit further down the road Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay.

    The SpaceThe villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. The rear of the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a large stone BBQ enabling you to dine alfresco through the warm evenings. There is a children's grassed play area that doubles as a great sun bathing space with 6 cushioned sun beds to match. A car is not needed at this villa as everything is on your doorstep. Whilst smaller than the neighbouring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on holiday in a quiet location. Kapparis has a number of local and international restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches which are especially suitable for families with small children. The three main beaches are Fireman’s Beach, Malama Beach and Ayia Triada Beach. Each one is picturesque in its own way, with shallow, clean waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent at each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within easy reach.
