SECLUDED LAKE FRONT GETAWAY The “Restless Wave” Lake House at 24 Pine Grove Rd in Pulaski NY is one of the best getaways on Lake Ontario, nestled between the expansive Great Lake and the world class fishing of the Salmon River. Your location has direct access to world class fishing, sailing, swimming, kayaking, and countless adventures to experience with your family. The Lake House has 2 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms for 10 people to sleep comfortably. You’ll love the brand new kitchen, refinished bathrooms, and two porches – plus a huge 8 person hot tub. The height of the sand dune hides the house from the sight of the road, and can be a great place for a secluded getaway. INCLUDED: WIFI, HOT TUB, DOCK, ROW BOAT & KAYAKS Upstairs features two bedrooms overlooking the lake, with a King and Queen respectively. A back bedroom has a Queen, while the front bedroom has a Full size bed. The fifth bedroom bunkhouse for the kids sleeps 4 - perfect for telling late night ghost stories. In total: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls, 3 twins (1 twin is downstairs in the accessible 6th bedroom). ACCESSIBILITY: THIS PROPERTY IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! Renovations in 2016 make this property wheelchair accessible to the first floor. Disabled vacationers can enjoy a full Lake Ontario experience with driveway enabled access to the front door. The roll-through first floor has large doors to the kitchen, bathroom, porch and deck. A small 6th bedroom is tucked in next to the bathroom downstairs and has a private twin bed. LAKE SIDE This Lake House includes 150’ of PRIVATE shoreline on the property. The lake bottom is sandy and smooth because of the wave action, not mucky. Kids also love swimming in fresh water – free from both stinging salt water and worries about lurking sting rays and sharks. THE SALMON RIVER Canoers, kayakers, and anglers! It’s all here. “Restless Wave” includes 100’ of frontage on the Salmon River, with a dock for boats and sailboats. Renters are welcome to borrow our kayaks (2) and row boat. You’re welcome to bring your own boat and tie up all week, too. Fishing charters docked at the Selkirk Lighthouse will help you catch a trophy worthy of mounting from July through October. Take a kayak for a paddle in the morning as the sun rises over the river and stretch your arms as you wake up with the birds, fish and frogs. Pike, perch and bass hide among the lily pads in the summer, while the Salmon and trout wait for September to invade the river, calling anglers from all over the northeast to try their luck with rod and reel. C'MON BACK We hope that you'll find this location to be as spectacular as we've known it to be over the past 30 years. The sunsets, campfires, and memories last forever and call us back each summer. This Lake House is truly one of a kind and has been privately kept secret for decades. We think you'll love it.
