You are welcome to use the hot spa pool and large guest lounge area. There are hammocks and a lovely pebble swimming beach. WE ARE BOAT ACESS ONLY. Our power is generated. The house is fully set up with gas cooking facilities, and water powered lights (except during dry spells) and we run a generator twice a day, for lighting, washing machine etc... We are a working farm, and times when we are mustering sheep, shearing etc...anyone is welcome to join in with this. Although we are only boat access, it is only 45 minutes by boat to Havelock. Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside only. At times generator hours may change, e.g. if we are shearing. This doesn't affect cooking, as it is all gas.
