The SpaceOur home is beautiful and we live in a gate guarded community. Each bedroom (2) has a gorgeous view of Lake Mission Viejo. Our daily pricing is $80 per room with a maximum of 2 guests per room, extra guests are also per room (min stay is 2 nights). We offer weekly rates and monthly rates as well. In case you need more beds we have a third bedroom with a twin trundle that sleeps 2 people. We are Dale and Elyse Congelliere. We have two grown and married children and one beautiful granddaughter. Our favorite things to do with our kids when they come over is to cook or grill, play lots of games and watch an important collegiate game every now and then. We have lived in Mission Viejo for our entire marriage and have been blessed enough to own our beautiful home now for twenty years. Our kids both grew up with many of our current awesome neighbors. We love spending time with our great friends, with occasional trips taking us to some wonderful places like Whistler British Columbia, St. Simons Island, Georgia and Fernandina Beach Florida, Park City Utah, New York City, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Scottsdale Arizona and our favorite family vacation spot, Bass Lake. We have done some international travel to London, Paris, Germany, Austria and Switzerland and look forward to more extensive international travel in the years ahead. We have entertained close to a dozen Ugandan children from the African Children’s Choir, and many adults and children from Canadian Provinces. Which makes us look forward very much to entertaining many more international guests in years to come. We would love to hear from you and hope you would give us the opportunity to share our lovely home with you. Our neighborhood is beautiful, with a park just below our house and extremely friendly neighbors. We have easy access to groceries, good neighborhood restaurants and the freeways for sight-seers. Getting AroundBeside automobile, we have Orange County Transit Authority, Metro and AmtrakTrain stations within 6 miles, Orange County (SNA) Airport within 20 minutes. Other Things to NoteWe don't have any pets, but would welcome you to bring any small pets you have with you.

The NeighborhoodLocation, location, location! Really friendly neighborhood just near cul-de-sac where kids are out biking and playing and life is good. You'd be close to everything OC related. Perfect for a short term job or overflow when staying with relatives in Orange County. Getting AroundThe "Santa Margarita Alma-Aldea" Bus Station is only 0.3 miles walk from our house and can get you to many other Orange County locations easily, including the Amtrak station.

Getting AroundA car rental is the most practical transportation option if you plan to take day trips throughout the region. Walking distance to supermarket, casual and dining restaurants, and many boutique shops. There are plenty of grocery stores (Pavilion, Trader Joe's, and Ralphs) and pharmacies within 1/4 mi to 1.5 mi. Whole Foods is 7 mi away. There are two large shopping centers just minutes away, and several major shopping malls within twenty minutes. Post office, library, parks all within 5 minute drive. Getting AroundI highly recommend a car. Having a car at your disposal is essential to take advantage of this truly amazing area. That said, public transportation can be difficult but not impossible. Metrolink to Los Angeles Union Station/or San Diego costs $10 for a weekend day pass.
