Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested. The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking. A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $750 is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration. Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Comfortable for 2-4 people, modern kitchen and bathroom with a relaxed living space and outdoor courtyard. Close to local shops and train lines direct to CBD and the airport. Our place is an easy, maintainable 2 double bedroom villa which can easily fit 4 people or two couples or less. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, full kitchen and outdoor courtyard with washing line and BBQ Garage will be locked up We will not be present during guest stays We supply a parking spot at the house, there is also plenty of street parking. If there is no vehicle, we are walking distance from bus stations and train stations direct on the airport line and city. We do not have pets, and would prefer not to have any stay, due to the limited outdoor space for bathroom duties. We are non smokers, so smoking is only permitted outside. Revesby Workers Entertainment Venue is a very close walk, which has live entertainment and quality dining, drinks and pubs. Coles and Woolworths nearby for any groceries for longer term stays. Getting AroundRevesby Station is the closest, an 8 minute walk. Easy access by car off of the M5.

        Guest AccessThe accommodation has a complete "West Wing" of private bedrooms with queen size beds, and a guest bathroom. Their is a master bedroom which I keep available for myself from time to time, but it is very separate from the rest of the house (above the garage actually), and it's locked at all other times that I'm away travelling. The price is indicative of a living space that is yours during your stay, but we may see each other on my way out the door in the morning, or just at the end of the day. You will have your own sets of keys and can come an go as you please, it is very easy to get around by train, or car if you have one. Interaction with GuestsHappy to help, especially international guests that may need a little bit of extra information. The NeighborhoodRead up on Revesby Workers Club - it's an impressive complex with lots to do and eat and drink. Getting AroundEasy access to M5 if coming by car, or by Train, Revesby is the closest station, 8 minute walk, which is possible with suitcases with wheels, otherwise, it's a cheap taxi ride, there are always some waiting there. Padstow Train station is also a nice walk about 15 minutes, and they have other shops and restaurants to discover as well.
