Sydney Opera House. Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbour and The Rocks. Or take a 10 min walk down to the river. Other Things to NoteWe offer bicycles so you ride quickly down to the shops or station. The SpaceWe are situated on St Georges River with amazing views and excellent fishing. There are many water sports such as Jet Skiing, Dragon boating or Kayaking. Being located near the National Park there are some fantastic bush walks , bike rides and Swimming locations. Guest AccessGuests have their own Queen Size bedroom with their own en suite, their own lounge room with large screen TV /sound system. Guests also have access to a large terrace overlooking the water with its own pontoon with access to the water. There is nothing off limits. Interaction with GuestsWe can have as much or as little interaction as Guests prefer as we live on a separate level. We can also provide meals on request but not included in the overnight cost. The NeighborhoodThe Hidden Gem.We are one of the best kept secrets of Sydney.We are a small village in a secluded spot along the the St Georges River. Great for fishing and water sports, walks and bike rides through the National Park. You will experience a very friendly group of locals and social activities. Getting AroundOur Guests can get to us via the train from the (URL HIDDEN) will pick up and drop off to the local Station. The Train directly commutes to the City with a local bus service to and from our location. There is amplecar parking on site at no charge. The private room has a double bed and a single bed and it has electric shutters so if you choose to sleep all day after a long night this is for you . Getting AroundThere is a bus stop and that is a 10 minute walk and that takes you to the train station and to go to the city the train takes 45 minutes and you are in the city. The SpaceOur free-standing home is nestled near one of the largest National parks in south part of Sydney, 4-5min drive from Revesby Train station, Only 4 stops to Sydney International Aiport, 5 stops to Domestic Airport. We can provide pick-up service from Revesby station if needed (contact us for more detail). There are plenty of shopping spaces and restaurants located at the station. We are surrounded by plenty of parks and reserves, boasting of numerous activities such as trekking, Kayaking, cycling, picnic, fishing, you name it! Come and prepare to wake up with the beam of sunshine and bird chirping outside your window every morning. Guest AccessThere are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in the entire house, your bedroom(s) will be located on the second story, with an over-sized guest bathroom. Contact us if you need more than one room. We have a medium size backyard, you are more than welcome to sip tea and enjoy the lavish green (We are working hard on that, if you know any gardening tips, that would be a plus). There is a separate laundry downstairs with all the cleaning stuff there. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I are both working 5 days a week, Sydney's living pressure is higher than other states :-) Normally we can offer pick-up service after 6:00pm from Revesby Station, but if it's odd time, please double check with us before your arrival, we will try our best to help out. Also, should you need any recommendation for tourism, very happy to help. We also live in the house as well, but we will maximise the privacy during your stay since we are all very busy with our work. The NeighborhoodOur home is surrounded by numerous national parks and reserves, such as Georges River National Park, Revesby Beach, Bill Delauney Reserve, Beauty Point Reserve etc, each can be accessed by car, bike or simply on foot. There are plenty of free parking places around that area. Getting AroundThe closet train station is called Revesby station, which is only 1.4km away from our home, either taking a stroll of 15min-20min or 3 min drive. We can offer pick-up service if needed, please consult us with your arrival time. Usually we prefer pick-up from the station after 6:00pm, but any time, please let us know first to check out the availability, we will try our best to help you. Shopping village is near the train station as well. there are Woolworths and Coles Super market, as well as numerous restaurants for your interest. Otherwise, there is a news agency on The river Road, only a few min walk from our place for general groceries and dairy products. A little bit further than that, Hurstville is the next large suburb where boasts of Asian food eateries and shops. roughly 15 min drive from our house. Besides, Revesby Heights are full of primary and high schools, if you drive here, please be careful with the school zone in the morning and early afternoon, we wish you a very enjoyable stay with us! Other Things to NoteWe will provide Towels, bed sheets, duna, pillows, in the cabinet, normally we will put an extra blanket in case you get cold at night except for Spring and Summer (In general, Sydney boasts of pleasant weather). Due to the environmental concern, we don't provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, if you don't mind, please bring your own.

House Rules: The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non-special event dates. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested. The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at any time. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking. A pre-authorised refundable security deposit is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay.
