We're right on the Withlacoochee State Trail, so you don't need to drive before you can ride your bicycle or just walk on the trail. This paved trail is 46 miles long and its south end (where you will be) is mostly wildlife management areas and state forests. As you go north, you will also see many pastures and several small towns but not before you pass through the Withlacoochee State Forest, famous for its off-road biking and equestrian (over 40 miles of each) and hiking (over 20 miles) trails.
