The SpaceMy front yard is almost all vegetables with some culinary herbs. I have a fire pit made from a recycled washer drum in the backyard and I compost. I collect vintage and global textiles from years of hosting world travelers ( pre internet) Guest AccessBasement studio is self-contained with laundry access and yard. Upstairs room shares the house with me; kitchen, sitting room, front porch, media room with smart tv. Ask for seasonal veggies and herbs from my three-season garden. Interaction with GuestsI know all sorts of local attractions- the arts, history, the outdoors, spiritual places for many faiths. I know where to find local yoga, tai chi and a gym or two. If I am not working, I am happy to show you around. I have had RSI/wrist pain issues and may wish to speak on the phone rather than text or message in the app once you have booked. Other Things to NoteMy family hosted short-term exchange students through my childhood til college and I enjoy meeting people from around the US and the world.
I am open to longer term guests, but would like to speak with and if possible, meet a person first before I agree to rent the upstairs room as it is shared space.
