Look up both on the app stores or ask Other Things to NoteFINDING THE BUILDING:
The building is on a big block, bounded by Washington Ave, New Hampshire St, Maryland St and Kentucky Rd. Gmaps don't have the updated road names yet. Best access is Kentucky Road, where you will find a big block of letterboxes, and a building entrance marked 'Como'. It is lift block '4'.
If I am not there to greet you, I'll leave the keys in the letterbox just prior to your arrival, on Kentucky Road. Take them out and go in the doorway entrance to your immediate right. Hold the black security tag against the red light reader near the door to unlock it. Then proceed inside and to your left where you will see a lift. To make the lift work, hold the black security tag to the red light reader in the lift on the left wall as you go in, then press floor 5. When you get to floor five, walk around to your left where you will see the flat door clearly marked with the number. Use the green key to get in.
The orange key is for the fire escape. In the unlikely event you need manual access, you can use the orange key to get in the building front door, and the fire escape to the left of the lifts down a small corridor. Walk up the stairs to floor five and you can then use the orange key to open the door to floor five. It's a bit stiff - press the door (to take pressure off the lock) and THEN turn the key. It's not likely you need to do this!
On check-out, just leave the keys on the dining room table. They are not needed to exit the building for the last time :-)
