This space is ideal, being only a total of three blocks away from the Mayo Clinic, subway, bus station, restaurants, and shops in the downtown area. The apartment is located in a triplex that contains two other units in the building. This unit is Apt#3 and is located on the upper level of the triplex. We have had the apartment fully furnished and newly renovated as of June 2014 (as you can see in the pictures) with beds, TV's upper & main level, couch, tables, kitchen appliances & supplies, and more. It also has new paint, carpet, LVT flooring, shower tile, kitchen backsplash, and also new oven/stove. The apartment is equipped with the main essentials including: cookware, dishware, utensils, bathroom toiletries, linens, cleaning supplies, and iron. If there is anything you may need for your stay, feel free to let us know and we can see if we can supply it.
The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, & mudroom in the entrance. Guest AccessThere is coin laundry located in the basement of the triplex, with a separate entrance. There is one designated parking spot for the apartment that is located in the shared driveway, for any additional vehicles there is off-street parking. Wifi (Charter) and cable (Directv) are shared throughout the triplex with all tenants and guests, so you will have access with the user & password we provide you with. The heat is controlled by Apartment #1 located on the bottom level of the triplex, so if the temperature needs to be adjusted during your stay, we will contact that tenant to adjust it. During the summer months we do keep a window A/C unit in the apartment, so you would have full control over cool air. Interaction with GuestsWe both work downtown so we are very close to all of our listings if something comes up. We are available by cell phone 24/7 so do not hesitate to call with questions/concerns! The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is quaint and quiet with many families within the area. Getting AroundThere are bus stops very close by, along with the city bus station only being three blocks away. Other Things to NotePets are allowed with an additional $50 per pet.
