The house has an open floor plan combining the fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living space with high-quality interior finishes throughout. Our living space also boasts a sofa sleeper for the extra guest. The kitchen, with brand new appliances, is ready to help make snacks for the beach. The master suite is located down the hallway from the living room with full bath and standing shower. The guest bedroom is located to the right of the living area and has two twin trundle beds that can easily sleep four. Walking in the downtown area is great & only a few blocks long but so many shops and art studios. Fish guides and party excursions available. Port Aransas is only 25 minutes away (but ferry lines could take much longer) if you want the Gulf of Mexico at your feet. Many public party boats, parasailing, jet skis, sightseeing, and fishing excursions available. Also there is a Live web cam on the web site for the ferry of Port Aransas. Our Rockport retreat is well stocked and has a warm and welcoming decor to help you quickly feel at home. Walking into the home, you are greeted by our open floor plan that is surrounded by windows to keep a bright atmosphere. The living area has a full sofa sleeper and arm chair and provides entertainment with TV (no cable), DVDs and a stereo. It adjoins to the kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats four. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances in perfect working order. The master bedroom is inviting with its peaceful decor and a queen bed and nice large closet. The second bedroom contains two comfortable twin beds. Near both bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. At night, we highly recommend sitting on our expansive deck and watching the sunsets –they are magnificent! The home also contains games, fishing poles and bicycles to encourage you to get out and have fun on your vacation. We may not have cable, but we're confident you won't miss it!
