The SpaceThe bedroom includes a queen size bed that sleeps two and the door locks from the inside only. The room has access to a private patio to enjoy the tranquility of your stay. There is a electric heater that can be used on cold nights that is located within the bedroom, but that is a rarity here in California. There is a small section in the closet for you to hang up a few things, but I do use this closet for storage. Private Bathroom is also included with the space which is across from the bedroom not en suite. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dinning room, patio, and lounge if the wish. The bedroom has a TV with Amazon TV. Cable television is available in the lounge and in recreation room. Laundry facilities are also available in the build, but must self pay to use. Guest AccessGuest have access to a parking space, coined laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, recreation room, and tennis courts. Stables, Terranea Resort, Trump's National Golf Club, and the Botanical Gardens are all in very close proximity. Movie theaters, and a large variety of restaurants, and grocery store are within a mile away. Interaction with GuestsI will be more then happy to answer any questions you may have about the area or about your stay. I want to make you feel at home, and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This is a non smoking home and complex. Also I do have a cat but he mostly stays in my room or on his bed in the living room he will not go into your room. I am ok with people having a good time I know when you are on holiday it is nice to relax with a few drink, but as long as the drinking is done in a responsible manner I don't have a problem with it. When enjoying the pool or recreation room alcoholic drinks are not allowed in those areas. The NeighborhoodMy location is very accessible to Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Hermosa Beach a get location to access the South Bay easily. LAX is only 14.6 miles away, Disneyland is 32.1 miles away and downtown Los Angeles is 24 miles away. Things that are closer are Catalina Express in San Pedro or Long Beach, Hermosa beach, Cabrillo Beach, and Manhattan Beach are all with in 10 miles. Stables for horse back riding are across the street. The South Coast Botanical Gardens are next door. Hikes that over look the cliffs and ocean in Ranchos Palos Verdes are only a five minute drive down the road. The Aquarium of the Pacific in located in Long Beach with is a 15 minute car ride. Getting AroundI am not to familiar with the public transport in my area so I would suggest a rental car to get the most out of your stay. Places here are very spread out so public transport here normally takes a lot longer than in smaller place like New York or London. Everyone normally drives here in Los Angeles, but I have seen a bus stop about a ten minute walk down the road if that is your only option. Other Things to NoteI also take instant booking and I am very flexible with late night check in. So feel free to contact me for last minute bookings questions. Continental breakfast is available like cereal or toast, with fruit, and you are welcome to prepare breakfast from whatever is here at the time. For other meals, feel free to also mix your food with whatever is here at the time.

Bus stops in walking distance on PCH and Hawthorne Blvd. Other Things to NoteWe have 3 very friendly dogs. They are used to visitors and are not allowed in the bed rooms. Please no small children.

The SpaceFun for kids and adults, a great home with a relaxed and vacation feel while also being functional for families. Guest AccessYou can access the entire home except for a closet that will be locked with our clothes, some of the kids stuffed animals and some other things you don't want to deal with. Interaction with GuestsWe are always reachable, but there will be a property manager, Olga, who lives locally and is also just a phone call away. Her number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The NeighborhoodIt's absolutely beautiful and five minutes away from the gorgeous beaches and amazing coastline. Other Things to NoteUpon leaving - please make sure to clean out any food/items you purchased so it's clean for the next guest. Please run dishwasher before you go and clean out refrigerator. Please leave garage door opener on the kitchen counter by the sink. After you lock the front door, please leave the key where you found it. Have a safe trip home and thank you for staying with us!

The SpaceThe bedroom has a queen size bed that accommodates up to two adults. The bathroom has a very high ceiling with full size shower. There is a flat screen TV with Dish network. Also there is a mini fridge inside the closet. There is also a Keurig coffee/tea maker in the room for your use. Guest AccessThe guest will be given an access code for the gate. The guest casita is an independent/detached structure that gives privacy. The guest will share the courtyard and pool/jacuzzi area. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available throughout your stay if you have any questions! The NeighborhoodPalos Verdes gives you a resort atmosphere yet very close to Los Angeles city activities. Because we are so close to the ocean, it rarely gets hot in the summer. Getting AroundYou will need a car to get around. There are "UBER" available however I suggest you rent a car to maximize your vacation experience. Other Things to NoteWe have a little chihuahua....if you have a pet, you are welcome to bring them with you, although we may require additional security deposit.

One line, Commuter Express, operates at the morning and evening rush hours and takes you quickly to and from downtown Los Angeles. From downtown LA you can go to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and other cities for $25 to $50 using Megabus, Tufesa, Hoang Express or other new carriers. If you are flying, you can take the MTA 232 bus from LAX and be dropped off two blocks from the house at Madison and Pacific Coast Highway. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to another stay on my next visit to Los Angeles.

If you are traveling without a car, their location is outstanding. They are walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants including a wonderful Indian restaurant called Bombay Tandoori. Other Things to NoteBathroom is shared with the other bedroom. This is a 3-bedroom house and the master's bedroom has a private bathroom. Please feel free to turn on the AC or the heater, control is by wall on the hallway.

      The house is located 25 min to LAX airport, 10 min to Redondo Beach Pier and Del Amo shopping mall, 5 min to 110 Freeway, within walking distance of PCH, bus stops, banks, stores, restaurants, pharmacy, food marts... . You'll enjoy a private wood-floor bedroom and full private bathroom located in a 3 bedroom house in a safe area. Free wifi, access to the kitchen and barbecue in the backyard ! We have a lovely small cat.. Perfect place for couples, solo and business travelers.

Our home epitomizes a luxurious lifestyle in a world class community. The estate is 4,000 sf of living with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Rooms include a formal living/reception area with fireplace, dining room, centrally located chef's kitchen, family room, gym/game room, large master suite, and laundry room. Unique to this home is a large perimeter wall surrounding the property allowing for privacy and security of your guests or affords kids to roam freely. The heated Pool/jacuzzi is central on the large natural stone patio with outdoor dining and lounge areas. The lower yard space has a 10' diameter trampoline and loads of toys for adolescents to entertain themselves. Other features of the home include Dual zone Air Conditioning, whole home sound system linked to your iPhone, laundry room, 3 remote control fireplaces, high definition satellite television with all premium movie channels (incl. NFL, MLB, and NHL sports packages), Apple TV, 100MB/s internet service, a Wii Game System in the game room, and an outdoor gas BBQ and fire-pit perfect for making smores.       The SpacePictures tell only part of The Terraces' story. The smell of the air immediately tells you "I've arrived". When you walk into the space, you are welcomed by a charming warmth as the light through the vintage windows shines sun filtered through eucalyptus trees, and out to a view of LA you've probably never seen. The grounds and garden are on half an acre, with many intimate spots for enjoying romantic moments, dramatic views or quiet reflection. We also have a regulation sized croquet lawn. Please make a request to play! All in all, The Terraces is a very special place, meant to be shared with others. Guest AccessThis is a grown-up space, and the expectation is that guests treat it as such; at all times respecting the property, my home & the house rules. No pets allowed, no smoking or drugs in the house or on the property. No parties or excessive drinking. Loud or rude behavior will not be tolerated. We absolutely respect our neighbors and the spirit of the neighborhood. Small family get-togethers with pre- approval, only before reserving, please. This is a very quiet neighborhood, and is always quiet, especially after 10pm. Interaction with GuestsThere is an apartment below the house, where I stay during your visit at The Terraces. The NeighborhoodThis is one of the most sought after locations in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Homes are upscale, and luxurious. Our proximity to the beach makes this the ideal Southern California destination. While we have the luxury of feeling "away from it all", my house is located very close to the main commute arteries, making it ideal for access to shopping, restaurants and amenities, but just a skip in the other direction to nature and the best beaches in LA.
