Close to Beach, shopping centre.Park, tennis club, bowling club behind the house. Hot springs 5 min drive. Golf course near by.     The SpaceOur house is only 400 metres to the beach. Pet friendly It has a large backyard, with an undercover entertaining area with an outdoor setting for 10, lots of room for kids and pets to play, to lie out in the sun, BBQs (Gas BBQ provided) and enjoying the summer weather. A nice size lounge area which is great for family TV and game night! Plasma TV and xbox. A small collection of DVDs and XBOX games as well as a few board games and sets of cards for plenty of entertainment. The bathroom has a bath, perfect for young kids to enjoy their bath time, a double shower with rainfall shower heads and hand held shower heads as well, instant hot water so there is no need to fight about who needs to shower first or the longest! and a vanity with enough storage to keep all your necessities. We also have an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Perfect for rinsing the sand or refreshing yourself on a nice warm summers day. Air-conditioning. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 2x bunks, Double beds on bottom and singles on top (top bunk weight rated to 90kg) Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed Comfortably can sleep 10 adults Guests to provide their own linen. *3 night stays or longer will receive linen included in their rental cost* Towels to be provided by guest unless otherwise organised The kitchen is my favourite place, It is fully equipped. Essential appliances: Electric oven, Gas stove, large fridge, freezer, microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Small appliances: Coffee machine, blender, kettle, toasters, rice cooker (I'm always adding to the collection, so any guest suggestions are welcome) Plenty of utensils for cooking and serving food. More than enough crockery and cutlery. Food storage containers for the left overs, oven trays and baking trays, platters for the BBQ and entertaining, wooden boards for chopping and cheese platters (if you chose to go out for a gourmet food adventure - RED HILL - is a great place to visit). Everything from day trips, to walking tracks and even the local takeaway menus. The NeighborhoodIts Calm and family orientated. It has a beautiful fresh ambience that allows plenty of relaxation. Once you get to the beach there is endless activities for you to enjoy plenty of water activities, boats and jet skies to be hired. Getting AroundThere is a bus along the main road. Only 300m from the house. But you are located so close to the beach and shops that you wont need public transport. Other Things to Note3 night minimum stay for December - February. 5 night minimum over New Years 2 night minimum stay all other times.

      The SpaceGOLFERS or HOT SPRING SOAKERS (or just beachgoers!) - this is the perfect location. Fully renovated luxury farm cottage, sleeps up to eight, 5 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and with FREE* (yes that's FREE!!) use of the Truemans Golf Driving Range - literally 50 metres from the cottage back door. That's right - knock yourself out hitting as many golf balls as you can then go soak that body in the Hot Springs. For non golfers, Gunamatta surf beach Port Phillip Bay and Gunamatta Beach Horse Riding are only 10 minutes drive away. So after that jog, surf or horse ride, you deserve to soak your body too! You also get a 50 acre farm in a private valley to just wander around. There's a resident eagle to watch if you're lucky and the pelicans usually fly over around 11am. The farm house has just been totally renovated. It has two bedrooms - bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with walk-in robe, Bedroom 2 has a double bed bunk and a single bed bunk (ie bedroom 2 can sleep 6 people - pref not six adults). Euro kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (plus an outdoor shower), huge outdoor entertainment deck (2 hammocks), gas Weber BBQ and ample parking. Practice your golf all day then relax with a beer/G&T on the deck. The 2nd bedroom can sleep 6 people, but if all adults, you (and we) would not be comfortable doing so. It is perfect for say 2 adults (or older kids) and 2 younger kids. The house is a small cottage (80sqm), but has been totally renovated with euro/granite kitchen, thick carpet, leather couch, wide screen TV and oak dining table. There is also a large outdoor entertainment deck with BBQ and built in table which can seat 20 people!

The NeighborhoodOur house is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops so there is no need to use the car after you arrive. The house is in a quiet residental street with a playground for the kids in the park directly opposite the house. Getting AroundPlenty of off street parking. There is a double carport as well as driveway space. It is possible to do public transport but it takes longer. You catch a train to Frankston from the city and then catch the Portsea bus and get off at Rosebud. Other Things to NoteMinimum stay is 2 nights. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible so we can offer linen and towels. If you prefer to bring your own Linen (top and bottom sheets, pillow covers and towels) this is also possible.       The SpaceOur special getaway fits 8 people comfortably - with 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom & a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is an indoor as well as an outdoor bathroom. The living/kitchen area is open plan. On cold nights cosy up to the wood heater in the living room or turn up the airconditioning or ceiling fans on hotter days. There is also a large digital smart LCD TV, wifi, large gas cooker/oven & fridge (all very new). This escape sits upon a large garden that holds a fire pit surrounded by custom made garden seats. There is also a large deck with barbeque & large outdoor dining setting. Minimum 2 night stay on weekends. Guest AccessThe house is usually available from 3pm & standard checkout is at 11am unless previously arranged. Go to sleep to the ROAR of the ocean! This is a quiet village on the shores of the wild southern ocean called Bass Strait. Perfect for long walks and long lunches at the local wineries or restaurants. RELAX when you arrive to our light, airy, sunny beach house. Filled with local artists paintings to create a stunning appeal. The two bedrooms can accomodate two couples or a small family. Sofa bed, porta cot and high chair available for a small extra charge, on request. Bathroom is light and clutter free and has a washing machine if your stay is longer and clothes need freshening up! Lots of room for relaxation in the comfortable lounge room with TV and DVD with in house movies. Spill onto the verandah from the kitchen/dining area to enjoy the sky as the sun sets or walk to the beach for a really spectacular view of the day closing. Full sized BBQ on the deck and outdoor setting for your Summer eating.       The Space2 night or more special for NOVEMBER just make an enquiry and we can organise a great price... This house is about a 20 minute walk to town and the beach, or about 5 minutes drive to the renowned Peninsula Hot Springs...you only have to walk around the corner to the best coffee on the coast....the house is in a quiet street and has a lovely big deck for relaxing or entertaining on Guest AccessYou will have the run of the house, all areas are available. The key is located at the house so check in is really easy. Interaction with GuestsWe dont live there, but we are happy to communicate with guests on local attractions. The NeighborhoodOur position is very quiet but also not too far away from so many local hot spots! As I mentioned the best coffee along the coast, other great cafes, local wineries, beaches, Peninsula Hot Springs...the list goes on, there's so much to do.... Ask us about our special for stays of more than one night....we are happy to reduce the overnight rate for longer stays..... Getting AroundThere is a bus that travels the length of the coast. You can catch the ferry across to Queenscliff for a day trip. There's lots of great walking and riding tracks. Other Things to NoteWe treat this house like our second home. Quite often you will find supplies in the fridge or cupboards, so if you forget your tea bags don't worry, we usually have some for you. And we love good linen, Sheridan sheets and lovely warm wool doona covers ready to keep you warm in winter.

      The SpaceAmaroo boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds and the third with a double bunk and all with BIR's. Both queen rooms have access to our beautiful shaded courtyard to enjoy some peace and quiet. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area. The new and improved kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine and is stocked with all the appliances, utensils and basic ingredients you will need to impress the most discerning of dinner guests. The lounge and dining are combined. The lounge offers a flat screen TV, movie library and Wii to allow you to unwind after a long day at the beach. The home is tiled throughout in the living and wet areas, with comfy carpet in the bedrooms. The air conditioning and heating system has been recently installed, to ensure your comfort for all that Melbourne wants to surprise you with! The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer combined. Enjoy spending time outside Take it easy and put your feet up on the very private outdoor deck, accessible from the lounge. This courtyard area is great for entertaining with the 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting perfectly positioned under a shade cloth.       The SpaceThe unit accommodates 5 people comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single and a double bunk bed.There is a small, functional kitchen. The property also provides a car port. Guest AccessGuests can have access to the whole unit as it is separate from the main house and has its own entrance. Blankets, doonas and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring their own sheets and towels. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
