Please let us know if you are not comfortable with dogs & we will contain. Horses are on property, including a very friendly pony who loves to be cuddled & brushed. The SpaceCharming Church on the of the Colo river. Has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double and a single. A cot is also available for toddlers. The church is on an acre of land and is surrounded with gardens. There are fruit trees and veggie. If you are lucky you should be able to collect some asparagus in the morning! It has a beautiful view down to the river and over the mountains. For those who have a boat there is a good public boat ramp 400m away at the Skeleton rock reserve. Guest AccessThe guest will have use of the bikes for cruising along the river, and use of the gardens. Interaction with GuestsWe won't be here but will be on the phone if you need any advice. Other Things to NoteThese are the things we love doing: Cycling along the river. Wine tasting at Tizzana winery Homemade scones and tea at the oldest church in Nsw, Ebeneezer church. Picking up freshly caught prawns from the local trawler Gary Howard. Lunch at the apple bar in Bilpin A country drive and dinner at the Settlers Arms in St Albans A walk around the Botanical gardens and lunch at Sean's Panorama after at Mount Tomah. .....but our favourite is to bring all the supplies and not go anywhere!

          The SpaceThe cottage has been purpose built for guests who want a peaceful relaxing space in a rural setting surrounded by Australian bush. It comes fully furnished with all the crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses etc. It is stocked with the basic necessaries - Cooking oils, butter, jams, spreads, spices, liquid soap, toilet paper, bedding, towels, coffee, tea, cleaning materials etc. All you need to do is bring your clothing and something to eat. We are approximately a 60 to 70 minutes car drive from the Sydney Harbor Bridge depending on traffic and approximately 63 km in distance depending on route taken. We are located in the North West part of greater Sydney in the beautiful Hawkesbury region. The closest village is Pitt Town which +- 12 minute drive which has a butcher, bakery, general store, liquor outlet, takeaway cafe, hair dresser, pizza takeaway, restaurant, Gastro pub, post office and hardware store. The nearest big town is Windsor which is +- 20 minute drive and has a range of shopping, restaurants and pubs including supermarkets. Other Things to NoteEntry into the cottage is via a Pin Code operated electronic lock on the front door. The Pin Code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Only the guests who have booked the cottage can stay in the cottage. No other visitors will be permitted onto the property without prior approval from the owner.

          The Hawkesbury River is one of Sydney's best kept secrets and Kings View is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the river. The kitchen, lounge, dining, main bedroom and verandah's all have uninterrupted breathtaking views of the river for in excess of a kilometre in each direction. Situated only 1hr & 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD, this large and very comfortable home with fantastic views is a great place to relax and unwind or have an action packed holiday. You can water ski from the property or utilise the jetty/pontoon, boating and fishing is what it's all about. The large and partially fenced backyard is ideal for most family sports (cricket, soccer, rugby) The house is open plan with 4 bedrooms on the upper level that sleeps 8 people, modern décor and all the luxuries of a first class property; fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, lounge with fireplace & 50 inch LCD TV, DVD & surround sound, rumpus with 40 inch TV, play station, full size billiard table & fireplace, ceiling fans throughout, large mesh enclosed verandah with BBQ & outdoor setting for 8. Riverview Nature Retreat enjoys a private elevated position in amongst 6 acres of natural bushland overlooking the majestic Hawkesbury River and picturesque valley below. There is private shared access to the river for picnicking and a concrete boat ramp for convenient access for waterskiing, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking or exploring the waterways. This part of the Hawkesbury is wide and enjoys lots of boating and other watersport activity which is wonderful to watch by the river or from the property’s vantage point. The river is an easy stroll through the picturesque country road, be sure to say hello to the horses, or a quick drive if you’re carrying equipment or a picnic hamper.
