The SpaceThis is a lovely, warm and spacious 1950s house with wooden flooring throughout and a french door open out to the garden. The house has been lovingly restored and renovated. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Minutes walk to the Canning River with an amazing lookout for one of the best sunset in Perth. Close to all amenities and public transport giving freedom to explore. It comfortably fits 6 people, you won't be disappointed with the space as is equipped with everything both in the kitchen and living area you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There is air conditioning in the main living area for the really hot days or really cold days and fans for use in each room.

PLEASE NOTE there's no daily or weekly housekeeping - NO replacement of above supply toiletries for long term stay of more than 7 days.
Additional cost apply to guests after 4 includes children and infants if using a bed, cot or bedroom. Number of Guests cannot exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. If found exceed the number of guests, they will be charge additional $20/per night person. Guest AccessCHECK IN is strictly between 3-7pm (early check in request will incur additional cost).
CHECK OUT is strictly at 11am (late check out request will incur additional cost).
Guests have the complete house and garden, very private with driveway parking. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities Interaction with GuestsUsually I will be there when you arrive to hand over the keys and say hi, but if it's not possible, the key will be placed in a locked box and you will be given an access code. I also appreciates that guests booking this accommodation are doing so because they are looking for their own home from home. Therefore guests have as little or as much interaction with the owner as they would like. Guests are encouraged to contact the owner with any problems. The NeighborhoodThis house is centrally positioned to access the river, city, ocean , Swan Valley wineries and Fremantle. Very close to Curtin University, Perth Zoo, South Perth Foreshore, Bell tower, the Crown Entertainment Complex and the West Australian cricket ground.

ALL HEATERS/AIR CONDITIONING, appliances must be switched off if the house is unattended. LEAVING HEATERS/AIR-CONDITIONING ON UNATTENDED in the house is the number cause of FIRE. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGES if found this is the result of it.
