The SpaceThree bedrooms and a share bathroom, perfect for students travelling together or a family. Plenty of space in our courtyard for relaxing, dining and enjoying the beautiful summer evenings. Guest AccessWe are happy to share all of the living areas and our kitchen and laundry with our guests, but will give them privacy if that is what they would prefer. Interaction with GuestsWe love spending time with our guests, and helping them with any information they may need, but of course will not disturb them if they prefer privacy. The NeighborhoodSalter Point is a small suburb that is quiet and has good public transport. There are lots of fabulous places to walk and cycle near the river, and also shops and restaurants nearby. We are a short distance from Curtin University, and walking distance to a small shopping centre that has a supermarket. Getting AroundThere are two buses close by. The number 31 goes down our street and into the city. The number 30 bus has a stop two blocks away. It can be used to go into the city or to Curtin University Other Things to NoteWe have two bicycles that can be used for the cycle paths around the river, or for transport to Curtin Uni. We are very happy to show our guests some of the cycling routes around our house, many of which run along the river. It is also possible to cycle into the city, which we do regularly in the evenings during the summer.

The SpaceWelcome I have a cozy room in 2 bedroom house in a central Perth location. 10 minute drive to the city, its situated across the road from Aquinas College, close to Curtin University, Canning bridge train station and direct public transport to the city. Just steps away from the river, you are in a beautiful river side suburb of Perth away from the hussle and bussle. Double bed with linen provided. Large lounge room area perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils for simple cooking. There are some beautiful walks around this river side location. Excellent Cafe down the road for the morning coffee or evening meal. Ideal location right in the middle of Perth and Fremantle. Come home to this cozy house and rest up after a long day exploring. The SpaceYou have all the advantages of having your own private spacious apartment as well as the bonus of having someone local right next door if needed! There is a lovely, clean wooden flooring throughout, and the apartment has been newly and tastefully decorated and furnished. I pride myself on keeping it fresh and clean and tidy. The space is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay both in the fully equipped kitchen with microwave,and the living area. There is air conditioning in the main living area for the really hot days or really cold days and fans for use in each room. There are electric blankets on the beds during the winter months. There is a DVD player and a selection DVD's for you to use and also a CD player with various CD's for you to play. I leave complimentary breakfast food, including milk, eggs, bread, preserves and butter tea and coffee. We have free WIFI access. The main bedroom has large walk in robe and the second bedroom has a mini portable wardrobe for hanging clothes and storing items. We can provide a cot (large or travel cot) if you have a baby travelling with you, we also have a portable bed which can be put in the living room if you have two people in your party who do not want to share the second bedroom (or even possibly for a 5th guest). Guest AccessI have put a flexible check-in and check out time on the booking site, so if there is nobody in before you and nobody checking in after you, the time you arrive and leave is up to you. Our house and the guest apartment are adjoined but totally private and separate in terms of privacy and access. Guests have their own key to front and back door and will have access to use the BBQ, alfesco area and pool as required (pool is used during the summer months only) . The Laundry room where the washing machine is located is a shared space and is the space that separates the two properties; the door to your adjoining apartment can be kept locked by you from the inside. Interaction with GuestsWe market the apartment as private and independent to appeal to people who would like a more private experience during their stay but that doesn't mean we wouldn't love a chat with you if the opportunity arises and you would like to or we can help you in any way. We are keen to do all we can to make your stay enjoyable and perfect so if you have any special requests or require anything to be organised before you arrival then please let us know. Also let us know if you have any special dietary requirements as we will leave bread, milk and eggs, tea and coffee for you in the apartment. The NeighborhoodWe live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood by day and night a we are a stone's throw from the beautiful Canning River where there are beautiful walks, beaches and open areas to enjoy. The neighbours are very quiet so the only disturbance you may get are from the birds early morning calls! Shelley is a short distance from the CBD (8 kms or 15 minutes by car, 30 by bus), 20 mins from the Airport yet enjoys all the luxury of being a quiet riverside location near to shops and restaurants in walking distance Getting AroundThe house is 1 minute's walk to bus stops that go directly to the city or to Bull Creek Train/Bus Station (every 30 minutes or so), Curtin and Murdoch Universities are 10 minutes by car away or can be easily accessed by bus or cycle for the more enthusiastic fitness buffs. . The Shelley foreshore is a short 3 minute stroll away. There are a few shops including a Hairdresser, Fish and Chips, Indian Restaurant, Korean Restaurant, BBQ and Grill restaurant, Chinese Takeaway, Beautician, Chiropractor, Podiatrist and Cellarbrations Bottle Shop, and Post Office just a short 2 minute walk away. Unfortunately the convenience store is temporarily closed, but there is a really good IGA and Delicatessen in Rossmoyne a short distance away. There are a couple of cycles and cycle helmets for you to borrow if you want to cycle up to our lovely Lo Quay local coffee shop on the river and cycle into the beautiful Canning Park or simple cycle along the cycle path that runs beside the river. I have left some Tourist Information in the Apartment as well as takeaway menus for the Restaurants across the road. Other Things to NoteThere is off road parking on the driveway available if required. We share our side of the house with our old cat who is shy but friendly but she is kept out of your apartment due to some guests having cat allergies. Her access to our house is via a cat flap door in the laundry area and so our door is kept ajar.

The SpaceThis is a lovely, warm and spacious 1950s house with wooden flooring throughout and a french door open out to the garden. The house has been lovingly restored and renovated. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Minutes walk to the Canning River with an amazing lookout for one of the best sunset in Perth. Close to all amenities and public transport giving freedom to explore. It comfortably fits 6 people, you won't be disappointed with the space as is equipped with everything both in the kitchen and living area you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There is air conditioning in the main living area for the really hot days or really cold days and fans for use in each room. 3 bedrooms - Two queen and two singles. 2 bathrooms - one with bath 2 toilets We provide the followings - Complimentary continental breakfast includes, tea, coffee, cornflakes and oats. - Free WIFI - 6 x Fresh towels, linen, 6 x pillows and 4 x quilts - Kitchenette is equipped with cutlery, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge. - Portable cot/high chair on requests - One adult bike with helmets for you to use - Washing machine with laundry powder in cupboard - Shampoo/conditioner and shower gel - Toilet paper - Hairdryer - Air mattress is provided for the 7th person if requested. The SpaceHOME AWAY FROM HOME A beautiful nice, relax little patch to unwind and recharge .there is 3 bedrooms available each room has a double bed or two single beds in the master bedroom there is also two double bed sofa ,the house can host up to 8 quests. totally air con warm in winter cool in summer nicely decorate, with a private court yard short walking distance to the river ,very close to a major dept store (garden city) with all the popular boutiques , coffee shops, food hall and cinemas .bus stop to the city or back home. Guest Accessyou will have the whole house to enjoy with,everything that you need ,to make your stay comfortable. there is a laundry, fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook coffee, tea, chocolate,milk,TV,games,puzzles,no need to wash dishes just put in the dish washer we ask for you to clean after yourself as a courtesy to the other guests. there is also 2 towels, for every guest spare linen we here to assist you . please consider the environment . is very easy to hang up your towel and rope just on the chairs and with summer time coming it will all be fresh and dried by the time you get back I really recommend to go for a walk down the locals shops where there is this group of little restaurants worth checking out . Perth its a wonderful place to visit and there is so much you can do or stroll along the river is just magic. IF THERE IS ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO JUST SEND ME AN E MAIL and ILL FIND IT OUT FOR YOU .for SERIOUS EXPLORING WE RECOMMEND TO HIRE A CAR ITS VERY REASONABLE RATES AROUND $22/25 PER DAY . we are just a phone away we will provide you with a map to help you get around . there are gyms close by that have facilities to provide you with weekly or monthly good rates,there is also a pool area close by very affordable we also have two bicycles,to ride around. walk or ride along the river we show how to get to Perth .once you get to the city there are river cruses you can take or ferries to the zoo or south Perth which sits along the river very nice. The Neighborhoodwe are very close to the river for short or long walks even a picnic. there is a nice coffee shop by the river pet friendly and a beautiful view along the river on your way to the city.we recommend to set a day ;for a trip to Mandurath by train .if you going to the city have a go by train you will have a chance to take in the gorgeous river all the way to the city. There also an access that connects to walk under the bridge and along the river all the way to the city you need to take time and there is a couple of coffee shops along the way it can also be a good day trip just walking or by riding your bicycle once you get to the city you can take a ride to kings park there is free buses in the city that goes all around that's another fun day . there is also a ferry that takes you to south Perth a very trendy little spot excellent restaurants and a visit to the zoo and catch the ferry back to Perth and connects to the train and bus stop and back home you can easily spend a good week going around Perth and if you can hire a car you can go to very Australian towns like York or Bunbury, Mandurath or even further to Margaret river. Midle swan, chocolate factories the spring festival have just started in September LOTS OF ACTIVITIES TO DO . Getting AroundWHERE WE ARE IS A WALKING DISTANCE TO YOUR LOCAL SUPERMARKET AND QUITE A FEW FANTASTIC RESTAURANTS OR ORDER INN THE BUS FACILITIES ARE VERY GOOD AND AVAILABLE AS EARLY AS 6AM IN THE MORNING AND 10.30 AT NIGHT. IT CONNECTS TO THE TRAIN STATION AND THERE IS PARKING IF U WANT TO LEAVE THE CAR AND GO BY TRAIN TO THE CITY Other Things to Notethere are two bicycles that the quest can use with a helmet, so let us know in advance to reserve your bicycle its a good way to go around .we can also provide a courtesy drop off to hire a car .please let us know in advance and we can send the proper information. if you want to bring you own phone you can buy sim cards with prepaid time specially if you coming from overseas.
