The SpaceLake Sammamish Rentals is now offering this huge and comfortable duplex, located less than 125 yards from Lake Sammamish. HOWEVER, it includes access to OUR VERY OWN private lot on the lake (not to be mistaken with the "Private-Community" Inglewood Beach club lot) directly across the street from the duplex , and it's included as part of your rental! So you get the double benefit of having access to the lake and the benefits of having access to a large yard.
The living room and all 3 bedrooms have a TV. The living room and main bedroom have a cable, the smaller rooms don't but you can connect your computer to them and stream TV/Movies from our cable service. Specifically you'll have access to over 260 cable channels (to include, HBOÂ®, ShowtimeÂ®, STARZÂ®, CinemaxÂ® TMCÂ®, Sports Entertainment Package) and Streaming TV/Movies options plus High-Speed WiFi internet (105 Mbps).
The actual house is a legal duplex with its own address, but the owners don’t want the space occupied with a full time tenant so we make it available for select dates on AirBnB. And the unit is professionally cleaned after every rental.

NUMBER OF GUESTS IN RENTAL
After having several successful rentals we’re experimenting with increasing our guest accommodations. Since we had never rented our duplex before and didn’t know what the noise/traffic level would be like we only allowed 6 guests, even though the duplex can reasonably accommodate 10 people in our opinion we'll consider hosting more than 6 guests for short term rentals, but keep in mind there is one full bathroom and a small half bathroom. But, keep in mind, this is not a rental for people interested in having loud social events or large family gatherings at the house--it's just a quiet place where you have the option to relax, play yard games and enjoy time at the lake with your family, guests or by yourself.
COMPARATIVE SHOPPING FOR BEST VALUE
Should you stay at our duplex or the Redmond Extended Stay?
While both places have unique features, our most distinguishing feature (aside from being across the street from Lake Sammamish, private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games and numerous cable TV channels) is that they only allow you to book up to 4 guests per room and only provide you with 1 King Bed and Sofa Sleeper. In our rental, you’ll have the following sleeping accommodation options:
Queen Bed in Master Bedroom – Sleeps 2 Adults
Queen Bed in Bunk Bedroom – Sleeps 2 Adults
Twin Bed in Bunk Bedroom – Sleeps 1 Child (or 150 lbs. weight limit)
Full Bed in Avengers Game Room – Sleeps 2 Adults
Queen Bed (Inflatable) in Living Room – Sleeps 2 Adults
Single Mattress in Living Room – Sleeps 1 Adult
So you can comfortably sleep and accommodate 10 people at our location spread out through the duplex. What you must keep in mind however is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 4 off-street parking spaces.

If you are just looking for a LONGER LOUNGING STAY with 3 OR FEWER PEOPLE, the primary advantage is that we offer a private spacious rental in close proximity to Lake Sammamish, with private laundry, access to backyard/backyard games and numerous cable TV channels.
If you are just looking for a SHORT-TERM place to SLEEP 4-10 people the benefit of renting with us (in addition what's mentioned above) is that we can accommodate your sleeping needs instead of you having to rent 2-3 rooms (but it might tight for some peoples taste so please be sure to watch the video tour of our duplex on YouTube or email us directly for specific questions).
COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION & RENTAL CAR AVAILABLE
If you reserve for 7 or more days we will provide you with complimentary transportation from the airport to our rental, and on your departure day, we’ll provide you with transportation back to the airport.
Additionally, we’ve set up an agreement with our car rental partners so that you can have a rental car waiting for you at our AirBnB, and you can leave it at our rental once you check out. If you don’t know, the rental car companies at SEATAC airport aren’t located in the terminal so if you decide to rent a car at the airport, you will have to take their shuttle to the rental car company, and when you return the car, you’ll have to drop it off at the rental car company and catch a shuttle to the terminal. So in addition to providing you with all of the standard traveling supplies you’ll need inside our rental, by providing complimentary transportation to our rental, and allowing you to pick up and drop off a rental car, our mission is to make your travel experience as simple and pleasure able as possible, by removing the complications of traveling--anywhere we can. PLEASE NOTE: The rental is located near a large street and close to Lake Sammamish, so you might hear some car noise or people with boats on the lake (and the occasional loud muffler car) if your stay takes place during peak rush hour traffic or a holiday. However, the noise is never problematic or consistently noisy. The host is a software architect and loves the quietness of the quiet area. Getting AroundIt’s a 14 minute drive to the 520 or 90 freeway which will take you directly to downtown Seattle should you desire.

Having done this for over a year now, here's what we've learned: if the following requested Reservation Information isn't provided as part of your initial request, it usually means 1) the person hasn't read the house rules before making the request or 2) the person doesn't care about rules. As a result, reservation requests that, at a minimum, don't provide the following information will be denied without further explanation—because logically, more than likely the guest is going to show up and break the house rules too. So please understand, just like when you first meet someone and ask to be invited into their house, this is your first introduction to us and the first impression you're going to make about the type of person you are, and ability/willingness to follow our house rules.
WHY THE DAILY RATE:
Our daily pricing is automated through AirBnB and works just like a standard airplane or hotel reservation such that the prices change daily based on supply and demand for our area and season--so please don't ask for the price you saw several days ago. However, once your reservation request is approved you will have a price lock for 24 hours.
So in order to approve your rental request and for us to be covered by our insurance policy, when requesting a reservation YOU MUST provide the following information.
1. Is this rental for you or for someone else? If it is for someone else, at least one of the people that will be staying here needs to create a verified profile on AirBnB. We need to do this for our insurance so that there can be at least one person on premises that will be considered the liable party. ONCE AGAIN: THE INDIVIDUAL THAT MAKES THE RESERVATION MUST BE STAYING IN THE RENTAL. SO, DO NOT BOOK FOR SOMEONE OR OTHER GUESTS IF THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS NOT GOING TO BE PRESENT THE [ENTIRE TIME]. WHOEVER IS GOING TO BE HERE THE ENTIRE TIME, NEEDS TO CREATE THEIR OWN AIRBNB PROFILE, VERIFIED AND MAKE THE RESERVATION. NO GUEST(S) WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE RENTAL UNTIL THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS PRESENT AND HAS BEEN IND. HENCE, IF THE PERSON THAT MADE THE RESERVATION IS FOUND TO NOT BE HERE DURING THEIR RESERVATION, EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE RENTAL IMMEDIATELY AND ALL OF YOUR FEES AND PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE RESERVATION WILL BE FORFEITED AND NOT REFUNDED. (There can be NO EXCEPTION to this rule. Seriously, be considerate and put yourself in the host’s shoes: as a host we allow “guests” into our houses based on the assumption that they have been TRUST VERIFIED and REVIEWED, otherwise, we'd just be allowing total strangers into our houses).
2. What are the approximate ages of the guests that will be staying (infants and toddlers count as guest too)?
Please remember, only people that are on the reservation are allowed to access the property and are covered under the terms of your AirBnB reservation.

We have a minimum 2 night requirement for staying at our home. This just allows us to manage our guests and home at the highest quality of service.
