El lugarMy accommodation is great for couples, families, adventurers and business travelers.
In addition, the place is well designed for those who wish to live as locals, with transportation services nearby, typical restaurants, and grocery stores. The district where it is located is in San Antonio del Tejar in the province of Alajuela, and is characterized by a less touristy but more authentic local place. Furthermore, it is also very nice and quiet place. Servicios disponibles para los huéspedesIn your stay, you’ll have clean towels and a clean bed, clothes hangers, access to cable TV and wireless internet, fan, hair dryer, clothes iron, refrigerator, microwave, toaster.
The place has hot water in the shower.
Moreover, you can use the house’s sofa and TV room, dining room, and washing machine (once a week, detergent is not provided).
Also, the condominium has a pool small which you can use (please ask for the schedule).
In case of emergencies, we provide also some personal hygiene products. Atención a los huéspedesWe are at your service for whatever you need by telephone and email. El BarrioThe place is located in a closed condominium and has 24/7 surveillance. To access the condominium, you must report to the guard at the gatehouse stating your full name and number of the house where you are going, and then they will allow you to get in.
To park your vehicle, you can use the space provided for the house right in the front door (not impeding the crosswalk please) or if you wish you can park on the road. Cómo moverseMy place is to 5.7 KM from the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO).
1 hr 5 minutes (without traffic) of Poas Volcano.
17 min (without traffic) from City Mall.
14 min (without traffic) from Zoo Ave.
14 min (without traffic) from the La Paz Waterfall.
The travel time from our house to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is around 4 hours so if you go out at 5:30 am is a good time to avoid the heavy traffic driving across San José.
Bus stops and cabs are around the corner.
The bus passes or goes through the front of the condo, it is no bus stop there but the bus stops there and pick up passengers who stands for the bus in that spot, so you can take a bus from there to the terminal Alajuela and then you can take a national destination route.
There are several public transport routes including follows:

The other more comfortable, and private option, is to take an Uber ride. For this you only need to download the app on your phone (in the case you do not have it), buy a local line that can get $2 (line Kolbi), register in the app and then you are ready to go! Para tener en cuentaIt is important to note that the rainy season starts in May and ends in November (see photo stations Costa Rica).
Should use Waze instead of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps because Waze has more users collaborating for traffic information.
