The SpaceBeautiful new 2 storey house in "Los Lirios" gated community, directly opposite pool, fully furnished and equipped, ready to be lived in! Gas bbq (connected to gas network), table and chairs on spacious roof terrace with lake and mountain view. There are 3 bathrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen with loads of storage, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, living and dining rooms, office (also the third bedroom with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with a fan and air conditioning, not to mention the balcony with a view of the community area. The second upstairs bedroom has its own small terrace. Both upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets, built-in safes and full bathrooms with large walk-in showers). As well as the balconies attached to the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a patio downstairs which is perfect for breakfasts. Furthermore, and our personal favourite, is the delightful roof terrace with breathtaking views of both the mountains and lakes. Ajijic is a quintessential Mexican village full of typical restaurants and shops. The house is 5 minutes away from the largest lake in Mexico, perfect for strolling to watch the sunrise or sunset. Walking distance from Walmart, local shops and restaurants, but far enough not to get any noise from the highway. Only 20 minutes from lots of natural thermal spas, 30 minutes to Guadalajara airport, and 45 minutes to the centre of Guadalajara. It's conveniently close to bus stops in case you don't want to drive. There is lots to keep you busy, even if that means relaxing by the pool! The house is in a gated community which makes it very quiet and pleasent to live in. Furthermore, it is directly opposite the pool so you can always step out for a quick dip. Guest AccessGuest have access to community's pool, satellite TV, Internet access (WiFi). There's also a multi-region DVD (and USB) player in case you want to bring your own DVDs. Both DVD and TV are connected to our 5.1 channel home theater for an improved watching experience. Upon arrival we leave a couple complimentary carboys of drinking water (20 L). We also leave a supply of basic cooking ingredients such as olive oil, coffee and salt. Roof terrace is equipped with a (state of the art) gas BBQ connected to the house's gas supply and BBQ tools. Interaction with GuestsWe actually live in London so chances are we won't get to meet. Luis' friendly parents will make up for this and will meet and greet you and will be around should you have any questions or need any help.
