The SpaceFlat screen TV with basic channels. Full size/twin size bunk bed with tempurpedic mattresses. Small sitting area with coffee table opposite the TV. Three miles from University of LaVerne; six miles from Claremont. There is ready access to public transportation to the local colleges and into downtown Los Angeles. The community has a pool and jacuzzi. I have a small dog who loves the company of other humans (but not always the company of other dogs). Guest AccessAccess to cable TV, community swimming pool and jacuzzi, parking space. Interaction with GuestsFrom minutes to hours. We are quiet people who will be in the room next door. We are more than happy to share our knowledge of the area with you, should you so desire. The NeighborhoodSan Dimas is a lovely old community with mature trees and classic California bungalo homes. It is located along Route 66. An awesome waterpark, Raging Waters, is within walking distance. There are 9 miles of trails around the Puddingstone Resevoir. Getting AroundThe Metrolink stops in neighboring Pomona or Covina. Foothill transit busses are within walking distance. Other Things to NoteThe room is still occasionally occupied by my college-aged son. I need one week's notice to ensure that the room looks like the pictures.

The SpaceWelcome to San Dimas, CA! Our house is a beautiful and classy home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We are renting out the 2 guest bedrooms with modern styles and private bath. Wa are renting out of one master bedroom and our second guest bedroom for $ 125 per night with private bath. Each room have 1 queen size bed and per room only for 2 guests and total guest should be 4. And we could rent out only the master bedroom for $85 per night with total guest of 2 and also only for the guest bedroom for $60 per night. Granite kitchen and breakfast nook with modern styles and we provide welcome breakfast on the weekend. Very light cooking and microwave use only. Prefer females and couples with NO small children under 15 years old. Minimum stay 3 nights and maximum 16 nights. CONTRACT/AGREEMENT WOULD BE PROVIDED WHEN THE GUESTS ARE CHECK IN. COPY OF ID AND CC NEED BE PROVIDED WHEN THE GUEST CHECK IN. My beautiful home in the foothill area and sorrounding by mountain, great for hiking and jetsking by the lake. 1,640 sq. foot in the heart of San Dimas with plenty of windows and natural light. Close to any shops and restaurants and attractions. Located at awesome East Shore RV Park in San Dimas California, on the banks of stream fed Puddingstone Lake. Beautiful golf court just around the corner, all walking distance! The location in the camp may change.

The SpaceWe are surrounded by 5 undeveloped acres which gives you the feeling of complete privacy and is off the beaten path. When driving up to the house note that we have a private driveway . Making this one of very few unique properties in San Dimas. We are an old farm house that has been upgraded. Where we live use to be called chicken gulch. That's because back in 1909 there were nothing but chicken ranchers in our area. Getting AroundGetting around is very easy. We are walking distance from just about everything within 1 mile. Although you could always über or catch a bus. Other Things to NoteThis natural environment provides great opportunity for Photo enthusiasts.

You will be staying in a very spacious, tree house and hundreds of square feet of outdoor decks and patios surrounding the house. We have a big backyard for playing and All the rooms have new Hotel Inspired King or Queen size Sterns and Foster mattresses with a medium soft gel foam topper (the bed can be converted to firm upon request), fresh clean 100% cotton sheets, down comforter with 100% cotton duvet, and down pillows with clean cotton pillow cases.
