All of our units are furnished, tastefully decorated with class and style. Comfort and convenience is a priority. All units have excellent quiet split type air conditioning system, Free wi-fi access, flat wide screen TV's with cabled channels, modern full bath with hot and cold water for showers, Living room area, sitting area, dining area with dining sets, kitchen with full size refrigerator, steamer/ rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, hot and cold water dispenser etc,. We use imported high quality bed linens and towels for all our guests. House cleaning and maintenance are free and included in our services. We use comfortable thick mattresses on our beds. The following are types of Suites / Rooms we offer:

(3) TWO BEDROOMS GRANDE SUITES have a Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin size beds
(2) DELUXE TWO BEDROOMS SUITES have a private terrace. It has 2 queen size beds in each bedrooms.
(1) TWO BEDROOMS GROUP GRANDE SUITES has 2 twin size double deck beds in each bedrooms, total of 8 beds.
(1) PENTHOUSE has a queen size bed, with large glass walls and windows located on the rooftop. It has its own Bose radio system, TV, beautiful sitting area, overlooking Mount Banahaw. Adjacent to the Penthouse we proudly present and offer a large sized lounge with entertainment system and videoke. The open sky trellis serves as patio for the guests' stay. Guest AccessRooftop access with all its amenities are accordingly available for all guests, except during private occupancy of the Penthouse and Rooftop. Videoke singing is available for use only until 10:30 pm by Barangay Ordinance. Suites / Rooms are STRICTLY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Visitors can be received on the sitting areas on the Lobby. See House Manual section for additional rules regarding Laundry and Cooking Areas.

We've had a number of weddings and wedding celebrations, reunions, birthdays, despidida (farewell) parties, meetings, and other gatherings. Getting AroundPublic transportation is convenient and accessible. Tricycles, serve as city taxi cabs, and are available 24 hours a day. Jeepneys run on their designated routes within the city and out to the suburbs from early morning to late evening. Multi passenger vehicles, vans and jeeps are available from nearby terminals when traveling out to other towns. Commercial buses are also available 24 hours a day when traveling out of town and Metro Manila. Dalahican Seaport is about 20 minutes away if you need to take a commercial ferry going to Marinduque and other island provinces. Other Things to NoteOur guests have an option of " NO STAFF INSIDE SUITES / ROOMS WITHOUT THEIR PRESENCE" for cleaning and regular maintenance.
We have flexible times for check in/out in consideration of guests coming from different countries across the world.
Please help us conserve energy by turning OFF air conditioners and appliances when leaving the room.
Damage to any part of the premises in and outside the Room / Suite, appliances, furniture, electrical and other material, out of neglectful and wrongful use must be replaced and or paid by the guests.
DO NOT hang clothes, towels on terraces and windows.
