Full kitchen, towels, BBQ, washer/dryer. Lots of uncovered parking... I have our clothes and such all in my master closet... sorry, it is off limits. Some kitchen cupboards are full of our paperwork...and etc. please don't touch. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE The property - and most of California is a fire-hazard…guests must dispose of cigarettes, etc. in an ash tray full of water…never throw out a burning cigarette! Interaction with GuestsOn 25 acres... My mother lives on property a country hill away. There will be little, if any, interaction between you and others... however the house is monitored. The NeighborhoodThe "neighborhood" is a country road with houses. Very quiet and private. Getting AroundThere is no convenient public transit. You have to have a car. You may park in Gilroy and take the train to San Francisco or Sacramento. Other Things to NoteThis is my home. We built a lot ourselves, the ground is uneven and rocky. Stairs on all sides of house, for outside deck access. It's a work-in-progress. We will be away, but remember that my children and I expect to find things as we left them. I have left everything in the kitchen…so people who love to cook can find most everything they need. VERY IMPORTANT: there are wild turkeys, skunks, deer, bob cats, mountain lions, snakes in the summer, and poisonous spiders such as Black Widows, don't stick your hands in dark places/holes. It's the country…please be aware.

My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and business travelers.
