Our house is located on the Redcliffe Peninsula, only a ten minute walk to the Beach and Resort Style Shopping Village. We have a two story renovated house with a fully self contained studio downstairs. It consists of two bedrooms, lounge with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi , Kitchenette with bar fridge, Microwave, a portable cook top and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio overlooks a private garden and swimming pool which you are welcome to use. We are a mature couple, Peter is Swiss and Jo is Australian, we do not have any children but have a Siamese Cat. We invite you to join us for Aussie Style family Barbecues on occasion.

A large beautiful home situated 40 minutes drive to Brisbane or sunshine coast. If you love the water, it is just 1 minute walk to the end of the street is the beach & public transport & beautiful cafe's & restaurants. The home is very large with 3 double rooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen all facilities, dinning & living room. Downstairs there 3 bedrooms with large bathroom (great size bathtub), large kitchenette with all the latest mod cons to cook, bake, BBQ with. Plenty of storage space inside & also 3 sheds in the back yard. The street is very quiet & extremely friendly neighborhood. Every Sunday there are the Redcliffe Markets where you can buy local fresh fruit & vegies & other gifts. On the first Saturday of every month there are the Handmade markets to visit with everything being made by hand. Lots of BBQ's down by the beach where the kids can play on the swings or cricket etc.. Lots of cool breezes flow in through the house & on the nights that maybe a little warm, fans are there to use. Once you come visit, you will want to stay for ever, as it is all about location location. Very central to any destination.

      The SpacePlease book well in advance as our beautiful unit books out really quickly!! Put simply, Keith's place is the most popular unit on Bribie for VERY good reasons. This fantastic, water-front, ground floor unit offers spacious living and dining areas, overlooking Pumicestone Passage and has been recently completely refurbished. It has stunning views and a fantastic, huge park, adjoining the water, right across the street. The kitchen has room to move when cooking up that seafood, caught across the road. Boat ramp just one minutes' drive away, & shops a 75 metre walk. You'll have a wonderful relaxing stay in this neat sizable 2BR unit. Our guests all love the unit, rave about how big it is,and write very glowing reviews in our guest book. Check out some of the fantastic comments at the end of our photo gallery. Our unit is in a really beautiful area, that is safe for families and kids night and day. People around here are friendly, and you'll find shopping, eating, just getting around a pleasant experience. It's only a few minutes drive to any of the great spots on Bribie Island. 45 mins to Brisbane Airport, 55 mins to Brisbane city, 30 mins to Australia Zoo, and not much more to the Sunshine Coast. Gold Coast about a 85-90 min drive. The huge (2 Km long) park, right across the road has great bike/walking tracks, awesome kids playground, free Gym points, free BBQs, shelters and tables, fishing spots and room to run, play, kick a football etc. We have air-conditioned the unit, but, as it is warm in our nice Queensland Winters, and cool and breezy in Summer and it is usually not needed. The Sunsets from the front patio of the unit are fantastic and often stunning!! People in our area are very friendly, and will often chat with you and be interested in where you're from. Many attractions are in easy walking distance. Public transport exists, but I doubt you would use it.       The SpaceWelcome to our lovely home in Scarborough which is less than 200m to Scarborough Harbour and Marina. Within walking distance (less than 1km) is the Scarborough beach and shops. Our home is about 3km from Redcliffe Hospital and Peninsula Private Hospital and we welcome medical and nursing staff. Public transport is close by with bus services to hospitals, shops, Kippa Ring Shopping Complex, train station at Sandgate, and buses to Brisbane City. We offer for you a beautiful double bedroom suitable for a couple or a smaller double bedroom suitable for a single - both bedrooms could share a bathroom with us, or there is a separate bathroom downstairs which you are welcome to use if you desire a private bathroom. Our home is very large with separate sitting areas to allow you your own space or you can join us in our sitting room with fireplace and large screen TV. The kitchen is a spacious country style with open plan and a 10 seater dining table. The dining areas looks out onto a large terrace with bbq - all over looking our generous swimming pool which is available to our guests (pool towels are provided). We include continental breakfast each morning and you are invited to make full use of our kitchen to prepare meals. Please be aware that we have one small dog which is kind and good tempered but is allowed to have access to our home downstairs. He is not permitted upstairs in the bedrooms. Car parking is available on a quiet street. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use the kitchen (and clean up after themselves) for cooking and storage of food. Feel free to use the family sized pool, but no glass or bottles in the pool area. Guest access to wifi is available for reasonable use in checking emails, but no watching of movies, streaming or gaming. Guests are not permitted to eat in the bedrooms or lounge area.       The SpaceCowan Cowan is a small village on Moreton Island of just 70 homes that offers a unique experience. There are only 10 residents in the town, with most homes used as weekenders or vacation homes. Being on a sand Island, there are no sealed roads and all power is provided by the house's solar system and fresh rain water is stored in tanks The house has everything you would expect for a large 5 bedroom residence. Two TVs, DVD player and stereo. There is a large kitchen with gas oven, 2 fridge/freezers and 2 large bathrooms with separate toilets. Fishing rods and crab pots can be made available if needed. Guests generally choose Moreton Island to be left alone. However, we have managers in the township that can assist with barge transfers, advice, things to see and any issues that arise. Cowan Cowan is a quiet and remote location so close to the Brisbane CBD. From Cowan, you are only 15 minutes 4x4 drive to the Bulwer township with a shop and restaurant or 20 minutes in the other direction to the Tangalooma resort with a bar and restaurant. The Island has many amazing natural attractions from North Point, Champagne Pools, Cape Moreton Lighthouse, Big Sandhills etc etc. The beach in front of the house is the only beach on the island closed to traffic, so it is iodeal for young kids to roam and play in a safe environment. The only way to travel the Island is by 4x4 on the beach and purpose built sand tracks. If you don't have a 4x4, you can arrange a transfer to the house via us, and/or book the local taxi / tour service for a day trip or two. Ask us for help when you book and we are more than happy to give advice on how best to get around depending on numbers and desires. Linen is available for $15 per person. Due to Solar Power, please no hair dryers, coffee machines, toasters etc. Also, there is only one shop on the island so you should take as much food etc with you for your stay. Our fully self-contained studio has its own private entrance. It's located on the ground floor of our two-storey house. We reside in a separate upstairs area. There is off-street parking available if required. We welcome short and medium stays whether you are from overseas or interstate. The Studio consists of a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate sitting room with a pull-out sofa (double bed) and a bi-fold door converting it into another private bedroom if required. It also has its own private bathroom. A lounge/dining room with a fully stocked kitchenette completes it. We offer a complimentary light breakfast consisting of coffee, tea ,toast, butter, jam, vegemite and an assortment of cereals. We also provide bath robes, slippers, bath and pool towels and of course fresh bed linen. During your stay your personal laundry can be done by arrangement. Guest AccessYou will have complete private access to the studio to come and go as you please. We also have a pool you are welcome to use, should you have children (under 16) Adult supervision is required by law. There is also a BBQ available to use.       The SpaceBlue Moon Beach House, with its simple open living spaces and large windows designed to capture the fabulous views and summer breezes, is perfect for families and couples. The kitchen, living and dining all open onto the deck overlooking the Bay. There are 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 guests and an extra king sofa bed in the downstairs rumpus room for another 2 if needed. The NeighborhoodMoreton Island is the 3rd largest sand island in the world, 98% National Park surrounded by Moreton Bay marine park and is truly beautiful. With almost endless white sandy beaches, sparkling clean water teeming with marine life big and small, and giant sand dunes (great for sand boarding), you can still be the only person on the beach for miles. Then there is Cape Moreton and whale watching, bush walking tracks and Mt Tempest with 360 degree views. Tangalooma Resort - the house is located in the resort and only a few minutes walk or drive away.
