A 'must-do' is getting down to the beachfront for the Ahhhh-Mazing westcoast sunsets!
Surrounding 'must-see' attractions are -
Hillary's Boat Harbour: 10 min drive - Diving, Fishing Charter, WaterPark, Aquarium, Breakwater Bar & cafes/shops/restaurants
Rottnest Island: take the ferry from Hillarys and do a day bike riding, swimming and feeding the Quokkas
Fremantle: 20 min drive - Eclectic, bohemian vibe with funky bars and cafes - a hotspot for live music and weekend markets. Fremantle Prison tour that your can also do at night - eeeek!
Perth CBD (15 min drive) and the Swan River Valley wineries (35 min drive)
Caversham Wildlife Park ((30 min drive) - See and fee kangaroos and koalas!
The list is endless really! Depends on how much time you have.
Take transport with ease, buses and trains run close by with only short waiting times. Getting AroundNot even a 5 minute walk away is the Bus Line that takes you straight to Stirling train station - a cheaper option to getting in to the City or down to Fremantle.
The local Taxi Service is either 'Black and White' taxis or 'Swan' Taxis.
'Uber' private taxi service, is another safe & cheaper option that I would definately recommend using around Perth. (You must download an app for that though and use your credit card details, which can also be used worldwide)
There is also Bikes for hire down at Scarboroughs intersection of the WestCoast Hwy and Scarborough Beach Road - take a ride up to Hillarys Boat Harbour along the Esplanade.
Sunset Car Hire and Bayswater Car Hire have been recommended by guests - reasonable price - if you would like your own car to go exploring. Other Things to NoteThe house sleeps 7 in beds
