The SpaceThe room is on the 1st floor of our 3-bedroom house and has its own private bathroom (not en-suite, but just across the passage). The room is large enough for two and has a queen-size bed with clean linen, an armchair, cupboards, a hairdryer and a radio (with an aux jack). The bathroom is modern and clean and has a bath and shower - it is for guests private use so there's no need to schedule your shower time! Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole apartment (except our bedroom of course). That means you can relax in the lounge, watch movies or listen to music, take a dip in the small splash pool or chill in the little courtyard. Please read house rules for more details. Interaction with GuestsWe are quite interactive but respect the privacy of our guests. We have hosted for a while and understand the needs of travelers. We'll have lots of advice and suggestions and can help with logistics too. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is a city-suburb. It's a perfect base to explore Cape Town. Sea Point is quite a mixed area bringing together old money with new possibilities. People have realised the value of property near the seaboard and the area is once again prospering. Everything the traveller needs is within walking distance - late night pharmacies, early morning coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. Best of all, access to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton is easy and there is a beautiful public swimming pool (one of the best in the world) nearby. The V&A Waterfront (#1 tourist destination in Cape Town, if not South Africa) is 10 minutes by bus, or 15 minutes on a bicycle - there is bike hire 5 minutes away. Getting AroundThe new MyCiti transit system stops on the corner with easy access to the City Centre and Camps Bay's beaches. The airport is a 25 minute drive away - you can also take the bus but it'll take over an hour with a connection in town. An official airport transfer will cost about R350 but Uber is usually about R200. Other Things to NoteWe require that prospective guests have a completed profile including a decent photograph. The NeighborhoodSea Point is definitely one of Cape Town's favourite neighbourhoods and for good reason. It is ideally located between the CBD (where many tourist attractions can be found) and the popular beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Sea Point has a wide range of shops and restaurants found on its Main Road and a lovely promenade running along the ocean (where residents walk dogs and go for runs). Getting AroundThe house is located within walking distance (2 min walk) of a MyCiti bus stop. The MyCiti bus service connects most of Cape Town and is by far the most affordable way to get around. The house does has limited off-street parking - please request this specifically in your enquiry/ booking if you will require off-street parking. There is ample, safe street parking available too. The SpaceThe apartment is fully furnished with DSTV, wireless internet. The apartment easily sleeps four people, there are two separate bedrooms with queen size beds. It has a brand new bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with a table and two chairs with a refreshing view of trees and the ocean to the side. There are several improvements since 2014 - Aircon, Nespresso Machine, new furniture, bigger tv, faster internet and all the little things that have been fixed. I now use a professional cleaning service that will ensure the highest level of cleanliness, daily or occasional cleaning and washing is available at an additional cost. Guest AccessThe apartment is fully furnished with DSTV, unlimited internet, 40 inch tv and a dvd player. The apartment comes equipped with everything you could need, from an iron and ironing board to beach towels and a beach umbrella. As a regular traveler I have tried to make it a perfect holiday apartment. Snacks and wine in a welcome basket, sugar, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. You will be ready to explore cape town. Interaction with GuestsInteraction depends entirely on the guest, any questions or problems are sorted out immediately. I might be overseas while renting, then family members will look after your stay. I am local so any advice or information you need just ask away. I work in IT so I am always contactable. The NeighborhoodWalking distance to the V & A Waterfront, main beaches and promenade. Everything you need and more!! Three Anchor bay is a very safe area, you can walk to the shops, the beachfront or (email hidden)autiful views of table Mountain and Lions Head!! A lot of nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. On the MyCiti bus route, lots of taxis and a bus system in place for easy commuting, however everything is close to you. There is also a tourist hop on, hop off bus on route. Walking Distance to Green Point Stadium. Getting AroundLandmarks and Attractions: 5 minute drive to good restaurants and shops in Green Point and De Waterkant . 10 minute drive: V&A Waterfront , Table Mountain Cableway, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), Green Point Stadium 20 minute drive: Beaches and restaurants and cafes of Camps Bay and Clifton 30 minute drive to Cape Town International Airport 40 minute drive to Stellenbosch Winelands Other Things to NoteThe apartment was previously listed by Marcell as Great Modern Seaside view Bliss B5, I am the new owner and the service the same. Only difference is larger beds, a bigger tv, upgraded bedrooms and unlimited internet. Latest Addition is two big fans in each room for the guests comfort.

The SpaceThe apartment is in trendy Seapoint, 0.5 to 2km from Cape Town & the V&A Waterfront & the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium with front-facing sea view, in a prime up market area, with trendy restaurants close by, walking distance from promenade & jogging track, and a swimming pool complex on beachfront. The building has security, CCTV and garden. There is private security for the apartment with nightly escort included in the price. The apartment is top quality, newly renovated, modern, luxurious, very pleasant, spacious, self-servicing, and consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed and three quarter bed, lounge/dining room, fully equipped self-catering kitchen with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower and HEATED TOWEL RAILS. Lounge dining room has big windows opening on the ocean view and most days the sound of the waves crashing on the shore comes through the windows. On hot days - AC available. Air conditioner also doubles as heater in winter and dehumidifier on rainy days. (Cable TV and DVD player available for rainy days) As experienced by numerous guests - public transportation is available very close to No 21. Bus or mini taxi's to take you anywhere in the city. Parking is available on the road next to the entrance to No 21 - and very safe area as we have never had any issues ourselves or with guests. The following items have added to the apartment with the help and suggestions of all the wonderful people who stayed: Bedsides tables with drawers and RADIO/IPOD/IPAD DOCKING STATION Additional clothes dryer – for those wet days when the automatic washer/dryer takes strain Clothes horse Hairdryer Beach towels Nespresso coffee machine – but normal coffee grinder and perculator still there and WITH MILK FROTHER NOW! The SpaceThis slick 25 square metre studio has quality fittings and furnishings and caters for every comfort. Amazing views of Sea Point, the Atlantic Ocean as well as Mountain Views of Lion's Head and Signal Hill can be enjoyed both in good or bad weather with the apartment's front facing glass stackaway doors. This leads out onto an outside balcony with a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy the sunset. Rest will be assured on a premium King Size (which can be converted into two singles on request) individual-pocket luxury mattresses with only the best minimum 200 thread count cotton percale linen. Full bouquet DSTV is enabled. Heated towel rail, powerful aircon for heating and cooling, loads of cupboard space and hair dryer is available. A small but adequate kitchenette has all the basics needed, kettle, toaster, micro, fridge, egg boiler, french press and of course sink. Coffee, tea and milk provided. Guest AccessGuests will have access to an off street parking bay (length 4.4m), outdoor terrace area and upper terrace extension and of course the 25 square metre studio apartment. PLEASE NOTE: parking bay is able to fit a small rental car, hatchback, to a maximum length of 4.4 metres. Alternatively plenty of on-street parking is conveniently available. Interaction with GuestsGuests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advise & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary. In case of emergencies, your host is 2 minutes away from the apartment. The NeighborhoodSituated in Upper Sea Point, it is centrally located close to the V&A Waterfront Shopping Centre, Beaches, Restaurants, Hiking trails on Signal Hill, Lion's Head & Table Mountain, the Virgin Active Point Gym, Green Point Stadium, sea front Promenade, Green Point Conservation Park and the Cape Town CBD (City) Getting AroundCape Town's efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service is 2 minutes walk from the premises. This is also a good and cost effective way to get from the Airport into the city. Guests with vehicles will have one off-street secure parking bay (maximum 4.4 metres car length) with remote control access. For Taxis, Uber Taxi Service is the best and all that is needed is for an application to be downloaded and the guest to have a valid credit card. Other Things to NoteDue to the studio being on the 1st and top floor of the premises, access is by stairs only. We regretfully do not have wheelchair access yet. Guests with motor limitations or disabilities may experience difficulties. With huge windows and direct access onto your private balcony, the indoor outdoor flow creates an even greater feeling of space. Inside the stylish screed floors create a smooth flow from a comfortable bedroom space, through small tasteful living area, small table for eating and kitchen. A king size luxury bed, and cosy comfortable bedding along with the big windows allowing you to laze in bed yet enjoy the light and sun beaming in. A large plasma TV with Dstv/cable and wifi are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a smeg oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The spacious patio with views towards the ocean, and Signal Hill, create an opportunity to enjoy some outside space. The bathroom has a trendy shower, soft towels, as well as beach towels provided, so you don't need to pack these. There is also now a fan for those hot summer nights and gas heater for cold winter nights. Over all an amazing studio apartment that is spacious, light, bright and stylish, ideal for one or two people. The apartment is a three floor walk up in a secure small apartment block with one off street parking bay, located in a quiet trendy area, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach front promenade. There is no lift in the block so just a note, it is a three story walk up, or one can use the back entrance where its a two story walk-up. Coffee, tea and wine and of course me to welcome you. Guest AccessThe guests have access to everything in the apartment, full access into the apartment block using their security tags supplied. There are no other amenities in the building, this is glorious Cape Town, you want to be out and about :) Interaction with GuestsI meet all the guests, and provide a welcome pack, that includes a bottle of wine, and includes a list of favourite restaurants, tips on what hot in the city, fun activities, suggested wine farms, hikes, beaches etc. Always happy to interact when and if a guest needs or want me to. Have taken guests up Lions Head and Table Mountain on walks, and happy to do it again. Love my city, happy to share it. The NeighborhoodWhat I love most about the neighbourhood is that it is so close to everything. One of the most beautiful promenades along the ocean where one can walk, run, or cycle for miles, is within walking distance. Each morning and evening it is a delight of fit, healthy bodies running, walking and exercising along the strip. This same promenade, known as the Sea Point Promenade, leads to the WaterFront, a glorious combination of world class shopping and incredible restaurants, with ocean and mountian views. We are also within walking distance to the famous Soccer Stadium surrounded by beautiful parks, for your indulgence. We are on the bus route, and easy driving distance to Cape Town glorious beaches, sunset strip of Camps Bay, the city and Table Mountain. Three Anchor Bay is a trendy residential area, where you will meet locals rather than tourists. Within walking distance is an array of popular coffee shops, breakfast bars, restaurants and a selection of grocery shops. Getting AroundThe apartment is on the My City Bus Transport route. One has to buy a pass for the bus, which is easy to do, either at the airport or at various locations in Cape Town. Once you have the bus pass, the bus is easy to use with the City, to the beaches, Camps Bay and now Hout Bay. Being so central there are many taxis services, number which I would provide in the apartment. If you are driving, the area is central and easy to get around, plus you have a parking bay. If you enjoy walking, you are really within walking distance to just about everything. We do have cheap local taxis,called Mini Taxi that you can jump on and off between short distances, especially from the apartment to the beaches close by. They are quick and safe during the day, but not advisable in the evening, or for long distances. Uber is very active and a cheap option. Other Things to NoteShould you require a cleaner can be provided at R200, the apartment will be cleaned, should you require a change of linen the cost is R350 for all. The apartment is on the third floor, and it is a walk up with no lift access. It's an easy walk up, and I have had guests of all ages and lots of luggage, with no problem.

This prepayment should be made by credit card, wire transfer (EFT) or by telephone. Your booking is not confirmed until Vacationista receives the pre-payment, and you have received the confirmation email from Vacationista. This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due on arrival, and other arrival and departure instructions. 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay the rental balance. The payment method is described in more detail in your reservation confirmation email. Payment details You should pay the remaining balance by credit card, EFT or by telephone. Please note that payment by credit card incurs a 4% (Visa or MasterCard) or 4% (American Express) additional fee. Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account 1 month prior to arrival (bank charges are paid for by the guest) we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing Cancellation policy All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay. Damage deposit Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. Depending on the apartment, a damage deposit ranging from 200-500 euro will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages. The arrival day You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car) and they will inform you if you should make your way: To our office, where our check-in department will receive you and give you further check-in instructions, keys, and the address of your apartment. To the apartment, where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys, as well as further apartment information The apartment will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash. Departure You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you after making sure that you have all your personal belongings with you and after ensuring that the main door to the building is not locked with a key. We can book a taxi prior to your departure if you request one in advance. Apartment cleaning The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival. Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate. Number and identity of guests The client should inform Friendly Rentals of the number of guests in the booking. Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Vacationista. The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two. Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted. Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question can not request any form of compensation. Conduct in apartments Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests in a Vacationista apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night. Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00. We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as our apartments are located in residential buildings with people that have to get up early and go to work. The quiet time in the evening for the neighbours should therefore be respected. The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person, or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment on they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.. Have a space available in my apartment while I am traveling for 2-3 weeks. It is a 1 private bedroom with a queen sized bed with your own private bathroom in an airy, spacious, double storey loft apartment. The apartment is on the penthouse level and 6th floor. One of 3 apartments that has a 2 storey layout and panoramic views of the City. It is modern, upmarket, very very secure (visitors have to sign in and then call the owner to verify access before entering the building) very well lit, apartment that has 4 balconies, 2 facing the bustle and excitement of Sea Point main road downstairs and 1 balcony upstairs, and 1 that has panoramic view of Cape Town's famous Lion's Head mountain. The apartment is fully equipped with bed, linen, cutlery, all kitchen appliances, laundry facility, DSTV (over 100 cable channels), flatscreen TV, dvd player and unlimited 2mbps wireless internet. We also have a maid who comes to do house keeping once a week (this is included in the fee) who will do your laundry and tidy your room. My flatmate works retails hours 9-9 almost everyday so you'll have the apartment largely to yourself. I have a little white persian chinchilla cat who you'll see glimpses of from time to time, but she is very quiet and to herself. The apartment is in a complex with young, working professionals and is very secure with 24 hour doorman. It is on the corner of the busy and central Sea Point main rd and next to the prestigious, upmarket and sought after St Johns Piazza (restaurants and lifestyle centre). You have every single restaurant from Italian, chinese to Cape Town's only 24 hour diner within 1 minutes walking distance. Easy walking distance of all the coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the Sea Point Beach Road promenade. The house has a wow factor and has been tastefully furnished and well equipped in a modern Victorian style.  The main bedroom with a bay window, queen size bed and air conditioner, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. It is situated at the front of the house, overlooking the front patio, with an excellent view. Bedroom two has a single bed and French doors leading onto the back patio. Bedroom three has two single beds and French doors out onto the back patio. Room two and three share a bathroom that has a bath and shower. Just off the back patio is bedroom four, known as The Garden Room. It has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Although at the back of the house, this room has an excellent view.  The lounge is at the front of the house also with an excellent view. There is a flat screen HD TV with entertainment system and DSTV. The dining area has the original Victorian fireplace and table that can seat 12 people. The kitchen has a Smeg stove with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and dishwasher and is well equipped. The kitchen has sliding doors that open the whole wall onto the back patio and entertainment area. The back patio entertainment area is a wonderful wind free area with gas braai and patio furniture.  The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer and bar fridge.  The basement is entered from the side of the house. It is open plan with a lounge area, with two sleeper couches, flat screen HD TV, with DSTV and DVD player, bedroom area with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.  There is also an alarm system linked to Avenue Security, and the house offers one lock up garage and one off-street parking.  Daily servicing is included Monday – Saturday except Public Holidays.  All linen and towels are provided.  Prepaid wireless internet is an optional extra

    Hello, I'm Sea Point Mirambo. I'm a one bedroom flat in Sea Point that'll comfortably let up to 4 humans sleep here, no problem. Sea Point is a great suburb of Cape Town: it clings onto the coast of the Atlantic so feels nice and beside-the-seaside but has got proper shops and supermarkets and restaurants and is really near to all the city stuff: I'm glad I got built here, just up from the main road where its quieter and leafier. I'm on the 3rd floor. Yes, there is an elevator in case you were wondering. I'd describe myself as simple, uncluttered and open. My kitchen and living area are one space or "open plan". I've got an enclosed balcony that has nice morning light and can be used as morning coffee and fresh air nook. I've noticed a lot of accommodation adverts where my fellow apartments get tagged as writer's lofts, poets corners or painters' garrets. Sure, I've got some pictures on my walls in the Safro-bazaar flava as executed by my man, Jack of Greenmarket Square. Art's alright so go ahead and pen a limerick or whatever. But I won't think any less of you if you just head off and do touristy stuff, drink flaggons of wine, gorge out on all the great food places and then just come back here and sleep deep and righteous. Save the angst for Berlin and your beret for Paris is what I say. Vital Statistics Have a look at my photos and read my vital statistics, its all there. Sure, I've had a bit of a facelift; who hasn't in my line of work? In case you miss it in the stat sheet: I've got an outdoor parking bay that is secure and off the street. I've got perimeter fencing and remote gates right round the building so you're safe and sound. Big microwave and two plate hot plate make up the cooking firepower. Enough for perfectly respectable in-home eating. You want gourmet stuff finished off with a mini blow torch? Or warthog loin and buchu jus? Then go out. That's why you're here, correcto? Global warming, belligerent masses, naughty corporates, grumpy troikas: catch up on it all on the satellite TV channels and see how bad they're having it back home. Let them know you miss them, I'm internet equipped. My bathroom's got a shower, no bath. Double bed in my bedroom. The kids get the sleeper couch in my lounge. Washing machine- I don't got one. But talk to my people- they've got laundry people that'll do it for you. Air conditioning- nope; but the South Atlantic breeze does the trick. Gotta go, accommodation waits for no one.
