Other Things to NoteWithin close proximity is the Seacliff Hotel which offers enjoyable meals to all ages and is only a few steps away from the exquisite beach front. It is a lovely place to spend a night with friends and family. Jetty Road in Brighton also offers a wide variety of meal options from its exceptionally diverse restaurants and pubs such as Brighton Jetty Café and Esplanade Hotel. There are various things to do and see in the surrounding areas such as the renowned jetty, Life Saving Club, park, tennis courts, cinema and library. Brighton is also well-known for its annual Brighton Jetty Classic Open Water Swim. This event is the largest open water swim in South Australia and is hosted on the first Sunday of February. A quick 5 minute drive into Glenelg also provides an abundant amount of activities. Glenelg Jetty Road provides an ample variety of stores and supermarkets to visit. Glenelg is also the home of the Beach House amusement park which includes multiple water slides and a 25 metre high Ferris wheel. A must see is Glenelg’s free museum called the Discovery Bay which is about Glenelg’s history. Adelaide is one of the easiest cities to get around at Rosalynda we are only 7 minutes walk to the train and 5 minutes walk to bus routes and just 25 mins by train to Adelaide City, 20 minutes drive and your in the beautiful rustic world renowned wine region of McLaren Vale. Also a lovely drive to a wonderful tourist German village of Handof is just 30 minute drive up the freeway.       Our Family lives in a 4 bedroom home 20 minutes drive from Adelaide City. Only a 30 minute train ride from our home. We are a family of 3, Mum, Dad and our 7 year old daughter. We are a very social family and we always have people around us. We have a large kitchen and open living area with a balcony that has an amazing view of the sea where our sunsets can be breathtaking. We have 2 bedrooms available, one double and one with 2 singles, and your own fully equiped bathroom to use. From the rear of our house, all windows face the ocean.

Guest AccessAccess to the apartment is through a locked gate and a private lit passageway. Guests will be given a security code to unlock a key safe which they then can access on arrival. Keys are to left back in the key safe when they leave. Interaction with GuestsAs often as they require within reason. We are in the house as working from home some of the time so please feel free to ask questions and share life and travel stories with us. Westfield Marion There are good local shops just down the road, turn left out of the house, go to the end of Grand View Drive, turn left and then to the end, Seacombe Rd, turn right and shops are on the right, 10 minutes walk. The shops are a supermarket, a chemist, a fast food takeaway and a hairdressers and beauty salon. Also there is a good launderette nearby if you don't want to use the in house washing machine. Please ask for directions. Getting AroundLocal and city buses from the end of the road, turn right out of the house and walk down to the end of Grand View Drive and the bus stop is opposite on Morphett Road The train station is 2.5k's away, which is walkable (also I know a short cut), please ask for directions. The tram is 4.5k's away, by car, bus or taxi. We can also arrange to drive you places if it suits. The apartment can sleep 5 at a push, one double bed, (in the bedroom) one single (added in) and a double bed/settee in the lounge area. If bringing pets, please remember I also have pets so can you make sure that they are controlled at all times and any damage is reported and paid for. There is NO air conditioning, however the apt is mostly cool and we have fans and great gully breezes. We have heaters for winter. If you are bringing children with you, they DO count as guests so please make sure you make the booking for the total sum of people. Thank you.
