The SpaceLocated in the centre of the city, this serviced apartment have 2 bedroom, one master with double bed and one room with single bed. There is one shared bathroom and another bathroom in the service area.
It has swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, minimarket, pharmacy.There's TV cable in living room and also one in the master bedroom. Tea-coffe, mineral water is also served, and some simple cooking utility also.
This apartment is located in a very strategic area and just a walking distance to a new stylish Epicentrum Walk which has restaurants, cafe, supermarket, cinema, salon, bank and many more. It is also just behind a shopping centre called Pasar Festival which has restaurants, salon, bookshop, dvd seller, massage, cafe, karaoke, etc.
How to get here from airport:
-You can take Damri (our airport bus) heading to Pasar Minggu and get off in Kuningan then take Kopaja number 66 (small bus, green color) and get off in Pasar Festival, my apartment is just 2 minutes walking from there, or you can wait for shuttle bus from there.
-You can take taxi from the airport, it will cost you around US 10, but I advice you to take a registered taxi from inside the airport as it is saver and it will save you from the traffic madness as the tarif from inside taxi is fixed and including toll fee. It is around US 15.
Where you can go from here:
-Zoo. Just take busway from Pasar Festival (you can walk or take shuttle from the apartment). Get on the one heading to Ragunan, the last stop is Ragunan Zoo.
- Kota Area. This old town full of museums can be reached by busway too from here. Take busway headed to Dukuh Atas, from there change line and take the one headed to Harmoni. From Harmoni take the one headed to Kota, kota is the last stop. It cost IDR 3.500 (less than half dollar). In kota area you can stroll the street, there are many museums, street food. You can walk to Petak Sembilan or take bajaj (smal vehicle, orange colored, will cost you max IDR 10.000 or around US 1) where you can find food stall mostly chinese, with pork and duck.
-STADIUM, it's a club very famous for it's electric music. take busway, exactly the same with Kota Area nut get off in Gajah Mada. Around here is also heaven for food stalls. Many kwetiau restaurant, pork, chinese, and also some durian vendor, also dvd seller. Worth seeing at night. Bad news, Stadium has been closed but this area is still interesting to visit at night as there many street food stalls worth trying.
Take busway to Dukuh Atas then change line to Harmoni and get off at Sarinah. It's the oldest shopping mall in Jakarta. From there you can walk to Jaksa, it's the famous backpack area where they have many bars. You will also fins Jalan Sabang full of interesting food stall, and Wahid Hasyim for restaurants and you will also find Melly's Garden, it's where you can sit, relax as they have cheap beer, good food, nice staffs. The owner is an actress name Melly, she's my cousin.
Take busway heading Dukuh Atas, change line at Dukuh Atas to Harmony and gett off at Monas (Monumen Nasional).
There are many shopping mall that all can be reached by busway. Take busway heading to Dukuh Atas, then change line and take the one heading Blok M. in the way you will find:
-Plaza Indonesia, EX, Grand Indonesia (for these 3 you can get off at Plaza Indonesia).
-Benhil, it's not a Mall but street vendor here at night is fantastic. Get off at Benhil (Bendungan Hilir)
-Plaza Semanggi, get off at Benhil and walk toward a big shopping malls.
-FX Plaza (this is famous for it's stylish restaurant and cafe, and has pood/room you can rent for meetings), get off at Senayan.
-Ratu Plaza, walking distance from FX or exactly one stop from there. Here you can find gadget like laptop, phone, and their famous wide range dvd collection. From here you can also walk to Plasa Senayan and Senayan City, ask the security which direction, these 2 malls are just behind Ratu Plaza.
-Blok M, this is the last stop of busway, one of the oldest shopping mall in Jakarta too.
You can also go to Kemang, it's a hype area with many stylish restaurants and art curio shops, take taxi it will cost you IDR 30.000 or around US 3.
