      A cozy 2 bed 2 bath newly renovated ground-floor end unit located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Come and enjoy morning and evening beach walks, crystal clear snorkelling just 100ft off the beach, lighted tennis court, 2 onsite pools. The Unit is conveniently located within walking distance to many varieties of restaurants, souvenir shops and convenient stores. Access to the local bus routes and just a short 5 min drive to the grocery store. The unit has been recently renovated, FULLY equipped with washer/dryer, FULL Kitchen with microwave and dish washer, cable Flatscreen TV's, free Internet/ Wifi access, central A/C. Plantation Village has kayaks, a playground for small kids, huge grounds that are beautiful with many grassy areas for the kids to play on while you sit back and relax on the private screened patio. A very enjoyable and convenient location that can be appreciated by all different kinds of travellers wishing to have a relaxing vacation!! Our wonderful ground floor unit is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Walking is an easy option to many destinations, such as restaurants, movie theatre, bars, grocery stores, yoga studio, gym, convenience stores and beach bars such as the Famous Royal Palms Beach Bar and Restaurant. The new town of Camana Bay is also a short walk away. Here you will find fountains for the kids to play in, free of charge, Waterfront Dining, Book Store, Coffee Shop, Gelato, Haagen Daz, Designer Shopping, Movie Theatre, Fresh Juice & Food Cafe, Wednesday Local Market with Crafts, and a Mac Store. Cayman is a great place to relax, sit back and have a lovely vacation. Transportation is available with the local bus for just $2.00 you can get up and down Seven Mile Beach daily, or choose to rent a car from Andy's which is directly across the main road from the unit and at the Airport. Water sports accessibility is very convenient from the neighbouring Marriot Hotel from Redsail Sports, a full water-sports company. Had enough of the beach!! Take a 5 min drive into George Town to do some souvenir shopping or to look though the amazing jewelry shops, try to avoid the busy times when the cruise ships are in port. Catch the free shuttle from the Marriott to the World Famous Turtle Farm where you can see turtles from Hatchlings to hundreds of years old along with an Avery and Shark Tank. Dolphin Discovery is also located across the street from the Turtle Farm.

          The SpaceThis gorgeous condo is in Cayman Islands, not Lexington KY. the computer had a glitch and I cant seem to fix it ! I have requested help from air bnb, just wanted to clarify ! thanks Gorgeous 3 bed tri-level modern condo in the Heart of Seven Mile Beach. Across the road is the beach ! Walk to 15 or more fantastic restaurants. The Ritz Carlton is a few hundred yards away. Grocery store is only steps away. You do not need a car if you stay here at Park Place! downstairs you have a wellness center, a Thai Spa, an Art Gallery clothing shops, you name it ! Although in the midst of the hussle and bussle the condo is super quiet and you wont have trouble falling asleep ! Bus stop is right out front of the building. nicely decorated with soothing colors and artwork, you will really feel at home in this lovely condo. High speed internet and High definition Cable TV in living room and master suite. The condo is great for sharers, as the master suite is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs giving you lots of privacy. beach towels and beach chairs available. look forward to having you ! There is a private Gym on property, open to the public, but there is a few to use. The NeighborhoodPark Place is a great condo in a great location and you cant beat the price. it is also very quiet, despite being close to the road and other attractions. the Ritz Carlton is within walking distance. There is a wonderful Spa downstairs, where you can purchase a Thai Massage and or get your hair done. hope you enjoy your stay ! Getting Aroundyes, the taxi/buses run right in front of Park Place all day long. you wont need a rent a car, unless you tour the Island. If you do need a rent a car, let me know and we can get Hertz to deliver on to you!           The SpaceCrescent Point Resort is one of the few resort complexes to receive an "€˜Excellent"€™ rating from the Cayman Island'€™s Department of Tourism. This condominium complex has a total of 27 private residences most of which are long term families or owners. CP3 has a very private feel as it is situated amongst a lush garden and well maintained grounds. This residence is immaculate and is brand new for short term rental. It was completely refurbished in March of 2015 and has been in our family for 14 years. It is steps away from the private pool/spa and beach. Guest AccessGuests have access to a free form pool and hot tub. There is ample garden and lawn area. There is a small fitness center on site with free access. The beach is situated at the most southern end of the famous Seven mile beach and is quiet with palm trees. There is very good snorkeling offshore at with access a short walk North on the beach. Interaction with GuestsOur family has been visiting the Cayman Islands and her delightful people for over 30 years and we have many long term friends there. Pauline Davis is the on site property manager available to answer any questions and is very pleasant to deal with. The NeighborhoodThe property is located on Seven Mile Beach within walking distance to shopping, resturants and Camana Bay. There is a paved lane on the left side of the property that ends directly in front of #3 which makes shuttling people, luggage, and dive gear very convenient. Getting AroundRental cars are common and available and there is public transportation and taxi service. Many dive/tour operators also have transportaion to and from CP3. As a British protectorate driving is on the left. Please be cautious when crossing the roads as traffic may be coming from the opposite direction that you are accustomed to! Other Things to NoteDeposit up to and including three days-full payment. Over three days 50% of stay, balance on arrival. If cancellation or changes are received prior to 60 days in high season or 30 days in low season the deposit less 4% service fee will be refunded. If cancellation or changes are received within the penalty period the full deposit is forfeited.

We are close to all of the island's best amenities, dining, shopping, attractions and of course, Seven Mile Beach... yet secluded from the crowds in a tranquil setting right on the water. We are at the end of a canal in the bedroom community known as Snug Harbour. Our top-floor condo provides views of North Sound from your bedroom and large balcony. Built in April of 2015, our condo has brand new appliances and finishes. The interior has been tastefully designed with all-modern furniture to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Turtle Cove has an infinity pool, free parking, a grill on the large, screened balcony, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground/park with gazebo, free and fast WIFI, HDTVs including all HBO and Cinemax channels, free laundry use within the unit, and free phone calls to your home country using our SkypeOut internet phone. No need to pack heavy as we provide all your bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, laundry detergent, hair dryers, etc. If you ever run out of anything or prefer your own brand, there are several modern grocery stores just minutes away. We can easily and comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 4 total with small children to share the sofabed which folds down flat, converting into a double bed. Housekeeping is provided before and after your stay, but if you prefer more frequent service, you can arrange in advance for an extra fee. Unlike many other private properties, we are licensed by the Cayman Islands Board of Tourism which regularly inspects our condo for cleanliness, safety and overall quality. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents as this is a professional community. Turtle Cove is at the end of a quiet canal, but incredibly close to all the shopping, dining and beach resorts along Seven Mile Beach. It's the perfect mix of both worlds!

Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The Resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. We have paid attention to detail and you will find many extras in the Condo. **We only accept payment by credit card and will NEVER ask you to wire money. Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining. As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM very close by. Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus directly in front of the Resort.
