There is a gorgeous courtyard garden and has seasonal roses and jasmine--the smell during certain times of year is exquisite. My home is a oasis from the business of Los Angeles, and it is only one mile to the beach! Originally this was a one bedroom apartment, but I've remodeled it over the years and installed glass slide-in-doors in in dining room so it now functions as a small guest room. This is a perfect sublet apartment for a single, couple, or a couple with one small child.
You will have access to my entire home which includes a: fully stocked kitchen, the garden courtyard, a fully stocked closet of linens, on site laundry, and two parking passes permitted street parking. If you have any specific questions, please ask!

I am completing my MSW at Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA and have one more summer of course work to complete. I'll be on the East Coast until the end of August. However, I will always be available by phone, text, or email. My family lives in Santa Monica and Mar Vista, and they will be available if you need assistance.
This is a beautiful neighborhood, and is especially so for me--I grew up here. You are very close to several commercial districts within a short drive or biking distance (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Gelsons, Downtown, Main St). There are several amazing farmer's markets in the area throughout the week as well. Most importantly, you will be a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the beach. As a young woman, I feel extremely safe walking and jogging at night. This is also a very quiet neighborhood and building.
There are several bus lines within walking distance. I will provide two parking permits for street parking. If you have bikes, please let me know in advance and I will try to accommodate you.
