The SpaceOur house (98 square meters) is located 1.5 km from the Carrefour de l'Estrie (mall) and 3.3 km from the city center. So very close to services (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, public transit, bike paths, parks, ski center and highway). Guest AccessDuring your stay, you will have access to our small kitchen (fridge, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc.) as well as other parts of the house : dining room, shared bathroom and livingroom ( cable TV) .
At the back of the house, we have a private garden, there is a BBQ (which you can use on request), a patio table and chairs that you can use. We can show you around the city based on your interests and subject to availability ( we work from Monday to Friday during the day ) . The NeighborhoodOur house is located in a residential area, so it's really quiet and family environment.
You will see people daily people walking with their dog, friends or kids and other doing some jogging.

Despite its orientation called "north" this district is the center of the city. The area is known for the quality of its natural environment, for its architectural heritage, its industrial park, its commercial center and its many schools (private and public different levels).
It also stands for major events related in many of its parks, including the Jacques-Cartier Park and the Domaine Howard Park. Getting AroundYou can come to Sherbrooke by bus (Limocar). This bus will take you to the city center approximately 4.1 km from our house. From there you can take a city bus or a taxi.
Thereafter, you can travel in city buses, many buses pass by the house (No. 1, No. 3, No. 4, No. 12, No. 16, No. 17, No. 49, No. 55 and No. 57). You can check the timetable on the website of the Société de transport de Sherbrooke.
If you own a car, you will be able to park for free in the street at any time in the street without problem, except between November 15 and March 31 , from midnight to 7 am , where you'll have to park in our driveway behind Eric's car. Other Things to NoteUnfortunately breakfast is not included, but you can use our kitchen to prepare your own.
No bedroom can be locked, but you will have a house key. We won't go in your room and we expect you, to do the same thing with our room. Everything is a matter of trust !
On site we have a washer and dryer, but they are not available. You will need to go to the laundromat.
