The SpaceModern and bright, air conditioned to keep you cool in the warmer months and very cosy in during the winter season, plenty of hanging and storage space and the room is calm and peaceful and overlooks the forest and stream. Very peaceful and the only thing you will hear is the birds. Guest AccessEasy access from Tokyo, allow about 3 hours. Take Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Nagano and change to the local Shinano Railway Line to Myoko Kogen station, about 40 mins. The station is located about 4km from the lodge and we offer a free shuttle service, whatever time you arrive. You could also take the ski shuttle bus from Narita/Haneda Airport, that runs to Myoko via Nagano or worth looking at taking a jumbo taxi if you have a family or are carrying a lots of gear. (during winter season only) Interaction with GuestsThe lodge is well positioned to access a wide range of recreational activities, such as walking, trail running, skiing, fishing, golfing and the list goes on. As experienced outdoor people, Tamami and I are more than happy to help with advice and assistance to get you on your way. The NeighborhoodFind your feet in the mountains, learn how to make sushi or soba noodle, play a round of golf before lunch and if skiing or snowboarding is your thing, then Myoko will not disappoint you.
