"This apartment on the 25th floor is a very spacious 140 square metre, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dynamic apartment with a balcony overlooking the condominium's pool and onto the Chaophraya river, ideal for a family - can sleep 5."
All TheRiverSideBangkok apartments have Wi-Fi broadband internet. The building has great facilities - Pool, Gym, Sauna, library table tennis and ferry boat.
Baan Sathorn Chaophraya is located on the edge of Sathorn and Silom districts which are the main business areas of Bangkok. This stretch of the river is also home to the major tourist Bangkok hotels such as The Millennium Hilton, the Oriental, The Shangri-la, the Peninsula and the Anatara - so the location must be good!
Easy access to the rest of the City. The Skytrain station Saphan Taksin is just across the river, use Baan Sathorn's own ferry service to cross the river or walk if you like. From here, Siam the centre is less than fifteen minutes by skytrain. There is also a pier by Saphan Taksin so you can hop on the various river transport services that are available.
I think our apartments are a great place to stay while in Bangkok,
the apartments are luxurious, the building has great facilities and
for me I cannot think of a better location or view, if you decide to
book I am sure you will enjoy it.

I think we have the
perfect location in Bangkok - by the river, with the Skytrain (for the
more modern part of Bangkok) and the river boats (for generally the
more historic parts of the city) on our doorstep. We are located
across the river from Saphan Taksin Skytrain, to cross the river you
can walk or use the buildings ferry see:
The centre of Bangkok is debatable. If Lumpini park is the centre then
we are 3 stops by Skytrain - less than 10 minutes, if Siam (this is
the Skytrain central station) is the centre then we are 5 stops away
and less than 15 minutes.
The Grand Palace is about 15-20 mins up the river by boat and Koh San
road is about 30 mins up the river from the main pier.
Taxi's are very cheap and I often use them more at night when there is
Being by the river provides a soothly and cooling influence to the
environment and we have great views. We neighbour with many of the
best 5 star hotels in Bangkok, for me living by the river or by a park
(or by the sea if they have it) in most major cities is the most
desirable place to live.
The other area that is popular is Sukhumvit but it is too hot and 24/7
for me and not far away anyway.
