    This two bedroom is very spacious with a loft and two single beds available. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to have a nice home cooked meal. Otherwise the quaint little village if Skippack is in walking distance with several restaurants to choose from

Private fenced yard with patio, grill & fire pit. 1 KBR, 2 DBL BR, 1 DBL sleeper-sofa, and 2 full baths. Master bath has a bear claw soaking tub, double vanity and seperate shower. Hardwood floors throughout. Lots of natural light! Guest AccessGuests will have access to free parking & Wi-(website hidden) Air conditioned kitchen & bedrooms. Access to 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Rentals of additional bikes, kayaks and skis are available in town. There is bistro directly across the street. The owner, Brenda also offers additional services as a chef and yoga instructor. If you are interested in a meal for your group, or a yoga class availability permitting. Interaction with GuestsOwner will be available throughout your stay and will be just a phone call or a text away. We aim to be as responsive to our guests needs as possible. The NeighborhoodA quaint historic town nestled along the beautiful meandering Perkiomen Creek. Enjoy your day biking or hiking on the trail, kayaking on the creek, skiing, zip lining, or mountain biking at Spring Mountain, paddle boarding or boating at Greenlane park. There are a few eateries within walking distance and plenty of shopping and dining close by. Getting AroundThere is minimal public transit available in town. If you are coming from the airport a rental car is your easiest means of getting there. There is parking for 6+ cars in our guest lot. There are 2 adult bikes and one kids bike provided and easy access to the Perkiomen Trail is across the street ( you can actually ride all the way to Philadelphia on this if you are ambitious ) Other Things to NoteNote that Schwenksville is the home of the Philadelphia Folk Festival,Spring Mount Ski Area, just next door to Greenlane Park, with the Philadelphia Premium outlets and Skippack village with in a few minute ride for fine shopping and dining.

    The SpaceLocated just outside Skippack Village, our home is a large colonial situated in a quiet neighborhood on 1.5 acres. We offer a large open kitchen, sun room, family room and den. The private room is more a mini suit on the second floor. This room has it's own private bath and room size fridge. With a queen bed, it can easily accommodate two people. Across the hall is another bedroom, with full bath, and a single bed. During your stay, you will have access to most of the house including the kitchen and family rooms. We have one teenager and a small Yorkie named Buddy. We are in a neighborhood of 20 homes, friendly neighbors and proximity to all the cultural, business and shopping facilities in the area. We are minutes from Skippack Village for shopping, dining and entertainment. Ursinus College (15 minutes) is close by. Approximately 25 minutes by car to Valley Forge Park, King of Prussia Mall. Approximately 45 minutes to center city Philadelphia. Easy access to other local schools, colleges and pharma companies. We are very close to major businesses and business areas such as Pfizer, Merck, Glaxo Smith Kline, King of Prussia and various business parks. Public transportation is available in Collegeville, King of Prussia, Norristown for access to Philadelphia. Easy access to the Perkiomen and Schuylkill River trails for biking; Evansburg State Park for hiking, horseback riding and fishing. What is unique to our location is our proximity to country (state and county parks, creeks, historical sites) and to urban (King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Philadelphia and beyond.If you are a cyclist, hiker or just enjoy sitting by a bubbling creek, it's in our back yard. If you like to shop, that too is right in our backyard. Guest AccessGuests have access to all of the house except our private bedroom and office areas. Getting AroundNot real convenient for public transportation, best to have a car. From Norristown, you'll have access to trains to Philadelphia, with airport and Amtrak connections. Your surrounded by quaint towns where you can browse in shops full of antiques, some of the best dining is just a stones throw away. Getting AroundLansdale R5 line is a convenient way to travel into the heart of center city Philadelphia. It let you off within walking distance of Independence Hall, the PA Convention Center, Constitution Hall, and Bessie Ross' house. Freshly painted throughout with recently renovated kitchen with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is no oven. Basic cable tv and wi-fi included. Exclusive use of the suite with private entrance as well as the porch for cozy coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. We are a retired couple who enjoy the outdoor space and all that comes with a historic farmhouse. Guest AccessEntire in-law suite, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath with shower. Parking is plentiful directly on the property, set back from the street. Interaction with GuestsWe live on site in the larger part of the farmhouse and available to interact as much or as little as you choose and can reply promptly to questions or issues. The NeighborhoodHistoric part of PA where land was once owned by William Penn, parceled off to winners of horse races. We are the only two acres in the area that was never sold off to developers. This home was in one family for over 200 years. The neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. Close to Skippack, Lansdale, Montgomeryville. Grocery store less than 5 minutes as well as local restaurants. Golf courses are plentiful in this area with Indian Valley Country Club, Mainland Golf and Lederach. King of Prussia mall is 30 minutes south. Getting AroundOne mile to the PA Turnpike Exit 31, Lansdale. 5 miles from the Lansdale train station and Septa regional rail. 40-50 minutes from PHL airport. Other Things to NoteNo smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. All guests must be listed by name prior to arrival. We may consider a small pet with prior approval and photo. Please provide your own clean up materials after walking the pet.
