Swimming zones are also within very short walking distance as is St.Julian's with all its bars and nightclubs. Transport: All major cultural, leisure, entertainment, commercial and corporate sites are within easy reach. The bus stop is just 100m down the road allowing access to all areas of the island easily. Nearby is the quick ferry boat into the historical capital city of Valletta [10 minutes boat trip] offering an array of museums and cultural sites. Here, you will also find various shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus ride to St.Julian's takes only 5 minutes. Accomodation: Layout consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining/ living/TV room leading to a very spacious double bedroom and an extra separate single bedroom enjoying the use of a bathroom. Apartment is on the first floor. Once in Malta you could purchase a return day trip to Sicily from offices nearby or better still, charter my very own classic sailing yacht (skipper included) for trips round Malta, Gozo and possibly Sicily at a discounted price. This location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw away from other attractions. The apartment is set on 170m² and makes optimal use of the space provided. On the front side of the apartment, characterised by the striking sea and harbour view, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, one flowing graciously into the other in a coherent and harmonious way. The décor is minimalistic and monochromatic, giving the whole area a modern and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, although both are outshined by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea which peeks through the curtains. The terrace off of the living and dining area comes with outdoor dining furniture as well, thus providing an al fresco dining facility ideal for sweltering summer nights. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is also an added feature to this property, and offers a beckoning tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of the town – you can relax with the dazzling view of the Harbour while life rushes by below. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is a twin-bedroom off of the living area, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the apartment, which overlooks a quiet side-street instead of the bustling sea-front. This location was an ideal option for bedrooms as it provides a virtually noise-free environment in which one can rest at ease. The main bedroom comes endowed with an en-suite bathroom, providing even more comfort. The other bedrooms share a family bathroom located on the same corridor. There is also a washing machine available for use in a separate area dedicated for laundry. Moreover, there is an optional parking facility for anyone renting a car. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate.     This cute little apartment has it all! This 2-bedroom holiday home (sleeps 4) in real beds. It is perfectly located just a few meters off from the famous Sliema promenade similarly applies to the distance from the all best shops, restaurants, cafeterias, cinema, shopping malls and much more. The apartment is also just a couple of meters from the Sliema ferry which takes you to Valletta from Sliema every hour. Also supermarkets which open till late are a few minutes walk from the property and the bus stop is just down the street. This apartment is situated in a block of rental apartments in the heart of Tinge, Sliema. Tigne is an area in Sliema and does not apply to The Point (Tigne). The apartments are newly built though given an old style twist with high ceilings. All apartments are served with lift. All the apartments in this block are rental properties and are fully managed by a professional team who service the apartments to ensure everything is up to specs. This apartment consist of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a small back balcony which overlooks other balconies of other buildings. Still makes it ideal for hanging out clothes to dry up. However it has a small seating area for outdoor breakfast. The kitchen and living area are a mesh in the same room but are fully functional with a fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking meals. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a couch complementing with an LCD TV with digital programs. The flat comes with a further 2 bedrooms located on the other side of the entrance. The master bedroom comes equipped with wall hung air conditioning while the 2nd bedroom is located next to it with a set of twin beds. Finally the apartment has one family bathroom with a bath tub that can be used as a shower as well. A set of linen, per bed and a couple of towels per person are provided, up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired by using the washing machine located in the apartment. Also Wi-Fi internet and tv come on complementary basis. This apartment is ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity in fact the photos represent the surrounding area of the apartment.

Basically, this apartment is ideal for those after a car free holiday as just around the corner, a couple of minutes walk there is the Sliema promenade full of shops and even the bus terminus. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both come fully air conditioned with a back box room with washing machine. It has also one family bathroom with bath tub and shower in it. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the needs one would need for an easy cook out meal. This apartment is centrally located making it ideal for a budgeted holiday with style, not only the prices are unbeatable but their location makes it ideal for all those guests who are after sea views. However, a parking space is also available for rent but it is not included in the quoted rent. The commercial centre is The Ferries - in the days before regular bus services, the Ferries used to connect Sliema to Valletta. Nowadays the Harbour Cruises and Gozo Tours set off from there and there is still a Ferry to Valletta. There are also a number of cafes and shops patronised by locals from all over Malta as well as tourists. Though to the given modern twist due to newly built apartments one could go into the side streets where there are many of the town`s authentic houses which are now under preservation orders. There aren`t really any historical sites apart from the Churches. Full of shops, entertainment establishments, rocky beaches and best of all the 5 km long Sea Front Promenade with a number of bars and restaurants with plenty of seating all along. There are beach lido`s and Water Polo clubs that offer all amenities and a large pool to visitors, also facilities for Water Sports. Sliema has the advantage of a good bus service with direct buses to most places of interest. In Summer and fine Winter days, whole families congretate on the Front for a leisurely evening or afternoon. It is also serves as a meeting place for the locals. Whenever the sea is rough in winter, it`s awsome to see the huge waves pounding the rocky beaches. Gres tiles make up the flooring throughout the kitchen and complement the monochromatic colour scheme flowing to the parquet flooring of the living area. The layout is uncomplicated and has a minimalist look. The kitchen units were brought from Italy by the team and all the appliances are built in the kitchen. The living area complements to reflect comfort and luxury in this room, nonetheless, the outdoor jacuzzi tops up the distinct finish. The balcony is completely private and the rattan dining furniture make this a perfect location for al fresco dining and entertaining or just relaxing while enjoying the stunning seaviews and Valletta. With the over all high standard of finish throughout in each apartment the clever use of lighting was particularly eye catching with a square soffit repeating the shape in the bedrooms. The 222 runs all the way to the ferry port for Gozo. Further Details Sliema and especially the ferries area is packed with restaurants for all budgets, shops and cafes. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is TOTALLY amazing, there's a beautiful walking path that goes all around the coast line, the views of Valletta from this path are simply stunning! The Ferries to/from Valletta, Bugibba, Gozo and COMINO are just off the road, literally a minute away from our door. There's a very modern mall/shopping centre called "The Point" 30m away from the apartment. At walking distance (2-3 minutes max) a serie of take aways, bars, restaurants, shops, language centers… Getting Around60 seconds to the waterfront of Sliema, opposite Valetta. Super easy to walk to everywhere, YET ON A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET - away from the crowd and noise. The area is well served by the local public transport, there are buses every 10 minutes to basically every destination, plus ferries, taxis…etc. It's the ideal location if you are into day trips to Gozo and Comino.

We can provide a personal taxi service from the airport to our residence and vice versa at a cost of Euro 25 per trip. The driver will be waiting for you at any hour even if your flight is delayed. Public transport is available from the airport almost to our doorstep. Your Bus Stop drop off point is Windsor Please note that check-in is between 1430 and 2330 whilst departures are from 0830 to 1100. Having said that, since you are staying in a shared private apartment, there will be nobody in the apartment waiting for you or anybody in your group, between 1430 and 2330. It is therefore in your interest to advise a specific time when you want to do your check in. (Which is usually one hour after anyone in your group of guests lands in Malta).
