You will love this updated country farmhouse originally built in 1851. This cozy home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), as well as large groups. We have hosted a family holiday party with over 100 guests for years. This is in a secluded area about half hour from Greenville, and 20 minutes from Wilson with plenty of outdoor walking trails, a nearby pond (no fishing rights), and beautiful country woods.

There's a steak house next door, gift shops, and a grocery store just a 5 minute walk from the front door. Other Things to NoteYou can park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Please do not sit cold/hot/wet dishes on any wooden furniture without a coaster, glass, or other protection. Please do not operate any windows unless absolutely necessary. They are old and many are in need of repair or replacement.

This is a turn of the century stick built house with lots of character. Very spacious and architecturally interesting. The kitchen is a work in progress and I have lots of repairs to make but the basics are all there. Farmville is a short drive from Greenville and a little further from Wilson, NC. The property is situated between a church and a steakhouse. Simply walk around the block and you will find yourself among many antique shops, restaurants, and art centers.
