The SpaceUnit 323 Mountain Lodge is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 3rd floor of Snowshoe Mountain Lodge. The master bedroom has wall to wall carpet, a queen bed, 1 closet for storage, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and 2 night stands. There is a private attached full bath off the master. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, night stand, celining fan and dressor with a flat screen TV. There is closet off the entrance door for additional storage. Fresh pillow cases, fitted sheet and flat sheets are included with each rental. The main bathroom has a full size tub/shower combo, standard toilet and vanity with mirror. Wash cloths, hand soap and towels are included with each rental. The unit is designed with Living Room / Kitchen / Dining area in the main space. Laminate wood flooring extends from the hall. There is a pull out sofa sleeper and rocking chair for guests to sit. We have a 40" flat screen TV with cable access. The table seats 6. The kitchen boasts a full size, dishwasher, micorwave, refrigerator and stove. The condo includes dinner / silverware as well as cutlery and untensils to prepare meals indoors. Diswasher soap, hand towels and wash rag are included with each rental. There is a ski rack in the entry hall to store guests gear securely. OCCUPANCY Max occupancy is 6 and is strictly enforced. The SpaceThis condo is over-sized, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are large windows to enjoy the view of the beautiful slopes and mountain terrain from the kitchen and living areas. This is one of the only 6 "St. Moritz" units in the building with a wood burning fireplace. This unit is beautifully remodeled and has 230 square feet more than the other 2BR units in this building. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, etc. so you can prepare your own meals. The kitchen table seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 25” cable TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has its own private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 19” cable TV, and a VHS player. There is a 2nd full bathroom off of the hallway. The sofa in the living room has a pull out bed, 27” TV, and DVD player along with a large DVD library. This unit has a built-in ski rack and a double balcony.     Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe is at The Village It has a lot of common area. It has a large public Fire place good place to meet or make new friends. I also have a 3 bedroom unit in this building You are close to resturants and night life. Good place to enjoy all Snowshoe has to offer. At Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort next to Split Rock Pool, Has it own guarded Parking Lot. Is Ski in/out. Close to resturants Shops and entertainment
