A portable air conditioner for hot summer nights and an efficient gas heater in winter which heats efficiently the living areas. Full Kitchen including oven, grill, microwave, pantry etc; extensive laundry with large top load washing machine and dryer (clothes line also available). Vintage laundry basket and peg basket too! The house includes everything you need. The total internal area is one level and has no stairs after entering (back and front doors do have a few steps) and hand rails on extra shower and toilet if you have an aged or handicapped family member. Guest AccessYou will have complete access to entire home, back yard, front yard, front verandah with outdoor setting and lock up 2 car garage and very large workshop. A front door key will be arranged for you. Built in BBQ can be used in back yard. Interaction with GuestsEverything you need is there including linen and towels. The SpaceOur home is very comfortable, has been very well renovated and in many respects quite romantic. It has reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. The garden is our sanctuary with many places we can relax in and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. We also have a lovely studio in the garden where I spend many hours painting. Guest AccessWe have a private back garden with a lovely pagola area ideal for entertaining and a pond with a few fish. The studio is well set up for any creative activity you may wish to undertake. Vince has a gym set up in his work space and is available for use. Interaction with GuestsWe plan at this stage on visiting the east coast but will leave contact numbers should you need to get in touch. Our lovely neighbours may also be able to assist with emergencies. The NeighborhoodWe have lovely friendly neighbours in a peaceful location. Our location is just off Spencer street where there are a number of facilities including doctors and dentists. We are approximately five minutes from the city centre and can be reached by car, public transport - and even walked in about half an hour. The beach is approximately a fifteen minute walk, and located halfway between our home and the beach is a lovely bird and animal sanctuary. Getting AroundWe have a good public transport system with buses running approximately on the hour and also a taxi service. There also a train service between Bunbury and Perth which runs twice daily. Other Things to NoteBunbury is a very attractive small city located on the coast approximately half way between Perth and Margaret River. An hour and forty five minutes drive will take you to Perth and an hour’s drive to Margaret River. It is known as the city of “three waters”, with the ocean on one side and the estuary on the other. This location is very convenient should you wish to take a drive to Margaret River, Busselton, Dunsborough and Yallingup. The area is known for it’s wineries, art gallery’s and beautiful beaches. Fifteen minutes from Bunbury is the Ferguson Valley, another beautiful location with many wineries, restaurants and artists studio’s. An hours drive will take you to the interesting towns of Balingup, Nannup and Bridgetown. They are lovely quaint towns with cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The drive will take you approximately a hour and well worth the visit. Further south on the coast lies the towns of Pemberton in the heart of the karri forrests, Denmark and Albany, and will take approximately three to four hours. Public transport in Bunbury is good with a bus and taxi services. We also have the Australind Train service between Bunbury and Perth.

Especially if you also want a room where the sun streams in in the mornings, but you can pull blackout curtains to have a mammoth sleep in. And particularly if you want a place that is quiet and tranquil but walking distance to lovely parks, beautiful beaches, a wildlife sanctuary, good coffee and snacks or fine dining. We will give you your privacy, but we are close-by if you have questions about the area. There is so much to discover – we can provide maps and brochures to help you explore the south west. We can also direct you to major local attractions and our favourite hidden spots. Your rooms are separated from the house by a door. However, you are welcome to share our bathroom if you need a soak in the tub. You are also welcome to sit in our beautiful garden and enjoy the views, the roses and the thrill of just being, not having to rush anywhere. We love hiking, cycling, walking along with swimming and beach-walking, so please ask us about our favourite tracks and paths. You have access to our shared bathroom with shower and a beautiful deep bath. Other Things to NotePickup and drop-off at the Perth Airport available. Bunbury is 2 hours drive from the airport. There is a train from Perth station early in the morning and around 5pm.

The SpaceOur house is situated in South Bunbury. Only a min drive to the beach, and 5 min to the city, shops, university and hospitals. Have a beautiful out door and back garden and there is courtyard with a pizza oven. When you stay here you will feel at home. This space is separate from the granny flat at the back of the house. There is a built in wardrobe, and side tables in the (URL HIDDEN) are two living areas and sofa for you to relax on. Guest Access The house is assessed by an electronic door. I will have a chat and get to know you. Feel free to wonder around in the garden. Interaction with Guests If you'd like to have information about the area, like to do your washing, please let us know. I'm sure that we can accommodate so that you will have the best time while you are staying with us. We leave it up to you how much interaction you would like. The Neighbourhood We live close to the bird park which is a 5 min walk and we are also very close to the beach, shops, uni, hospitals and a short drive from town. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Getting Around For you to get around you would probably need a car, the beach is walking distance and there is a bus station nearby to get you into town.

The SpaceCute little beach studio, with your own access and tastefully appointed with luxury linen and towels. With air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. High up with stunning ocean views from inside the studio and from your little patio. Kitchenette has basics for heating food or making a cup of tea or coffee (milk supplied). Semi enclosed shower and toilet. TV with built in DVD player provided. Ceiling fan to keep you cool on those summer nights. Light breakfast supplies are provided including cereal, bread and spreads, yogurt and juice. Great little get away in the south west. Detatched from main house so you have your own space. If the weather is really bad we may move you into a queen room for your comfort in the main house, so you don't get blown away getting access to the studio. There is a swim spa out the back that is available for use in summer. Private access through the carport will take you to your accommodation. Parking is available on the verge. Interaction with GuestsAs this is your private place during your stay interaction with us is entirely at your discretion. The rear yard is shared with us and our 2 small dogs so you will occassionally see us. You are welcome into the main house when we are home should you have any questions or require any help. The NeighborhoodWe live in a private cul-de-sac about 250 metres from the beach in a very nice part of Bunbury. The property is secure and elevated to take advantage of the ocean views. We are a 5 minute drive from town. Quiet neighbourhood in a good area. Getting AroundA car is the best way to get around the south west and to visit the many varied and natural beauties of the region. There is a bus stop around the corner should you require public transport. Other Things to NoteWe do have 2 small dogs who are our family. They are friendly and will say hello. We also have a cat who may visit you.
