The SpaceOur house would be great for a large group coming to VT for a wedding or other event. We have 4 bedrooms and beds for 8 people. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 is downstairs. We could sleep 9-10 if someone wants to sleep on the couch or floor in the living room, or on the three season porch.

There is only 1 shower, however our new, very efficient boiler means the hot water won't run out.
Our house is not for you if you are afraid of retro mis-matched wallpaper and unfinished drywall, or if you require granite countertops. Our countertops are not granite, our appliances do not match.

Bike path nearby that you can take to Burlington. Getting AroundWe are 3 miles from downtown Burlington, about 40 minutes to Stowe and 40 minutes to Montpelier.
Within walking distance:
5 minutes - Burlington bagel bakery, Simmons liquor store, Farrell Park with playground
10 minutes - Hannafords grocery store, Lowes
Within biking distance- downtown Burlington, waterfront bike path, UVM, Champlain College, South ends Arts District, many delicious restaurants and breweries
Public Transportation - there is a bus that will take you to downtown Burlington for $1.25 (cash only) and picks up near the end of our street. It's comes about every 30 minutes but does not run on Sunday's or late at night. Check the CCTA website for details.
Uber or Taxi - $15 dollars or so from downtown Burlington Other Things to NoteOur turtle, Vern, will be in residence. He does not need to be fed, he eats twice a week. Do not pet him, he will try to eat your fingers.
Our neighbor's chickens may come by to say hi.
