And it doesn't stop with the beaches as we are next door to the city. We are a 20 minute drive into the city centre. See the Sydney Opera House and famous sites. Alternatively, the direct bus line picks you up right outside our apartment and drops you direct into the city. No transfers needed. Gay friendly accommodation by gay couple. Though we are not in the "gaybourhood", a 15 minute bus ride will drop you off on the entertainment on Oxford street.

A sunny 2 bed, ground floor unit facing the Ocean is secure, quiet and best of all minutes walk to Coogee Beach, Wiley's Ocean Baths and the Bondi to Maroubra Coastal Walk. Nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. There is a queen bed in the master (ocean view) bedroom. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds (you can pus together to make a double). The unit is equipped with bed & bath linen, kitchen and dining gear and iron & board. Coogee Beach is one of Sydney’s most popular beaches attracting millions of visitors each year with its pristine beaches, parks, coastal walk and many cafes and shops. The beach is sheltered by a rocky island called Wedding Cake Island which makes it an ideal swimming beach for families. There are two rock pools at the northern and southern parts of the beach and just a few minutes walk south of the beach are two more spectacular ocean pools – McIvers Baths (women and children only) and Wylies Baths. Coogee Beach is located on Sydney’s famous Coastal Walk which stretches from Bondi Beach to Maroubra Beach. The SpaceThis sunny, private room with a queen size bed in our spacious apartment in Coogee is light and airy with plenty of storage in the build-ins. You will have access to the wifi internet connection, a washing machine and our gorgeous outdoor BBQ on the balcony. Our balcony has ocean glimpses and you can watch the sun rising over the sea in the morning – if you are an early bird. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom and Lounge (cable TV) with dining area with us which has plenty of room. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Sheets and towels are provided. Coogee is the perfect spot for enjoying Sydney to its fullest during your stay. It is only a five minutes walk to the gorgeous beach of Coogee with its famous iconic costal walk to Bondi and the other lovely eastern beaches. In addition to that our apartment is only ten minutes to “the spot” in Randwick with plenty of bars, a cinema, restaurants and shops. Coogee´s main street with many places to eat out, have a coffee and do some shopping is only down the street. The bus stop to the city (CBD) and Circular Quay, Bondi Junction, Surry Hills and Newtown is only a few steps down the street and you´ll reach all these places within a fiveteen to thirteen minutes bus ride. Coogee Beach is lovely for swimming and has two natural pools to its south, there are several fitness clubs and Yoga studios. If you want to go surfing: Coogee´s neighbour beaches Maroubra and Bronte are famous for their waves. This is Eastern Suburbs lifestyle and the City at your doorstep! The SpaceDouble-Room, Self-Contained: Please note - I have specified a 2 night minimum but often allow people one night if I can manage the time for turnaround. Please message me. We have a quiet, light, airy double room available. It is situated within our modern, family home. However, whilst we share the entrance to the property, your area is on its own level and has a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities etc but not stove or oven. There is also plenty of extra space for relaxing. You have your own bathroom, accessed from the terrace, which has both an indoor and outdoor shower. Your bedroom opens onto a beautiful, large terrace overlooking park and ocean. The bedroom is secure with a lockable door and there is an area under the house to access for storing luggage or items if required. There is a hairdryer in the apartment for your use during your stay. Perfect Beach Location: This is a perfect spot - only 50m walk to the famous Wylie's Baths - Coogee's ocean pool and cafe. Coogee beach is a beautiful example of one of Sydney's fabulous beaches - it is generally calm and has a year round life guard on duty so is reasonably safe. We are an easy 500m walk to over 50 shops and restaurants. Our street is interesting and busy during the day and very quiet at night. We are located right on the famous coastal walk that stretches from Bondi to Maroubra. Transport: The city is 15 minutes drive away and buses leave Coogee to the city, Bondi Junction and Pagewood on a very regular basis. Our house is located about 5 minutes drive from University of New South Wales.

The SpaceA bright and modern self contained 3 bedroom apartment in Coogee. 2 have Queen size beds with built in wardrobes and the 3rd smaller room has a single bed/plus a single pull out mattress under it with a free standing wardrobe. We are suitable for a family of 5 or 2 couples and we can supply an extra mattress for another child. There is a lounge/dining room with two double electric lounge chairs. All rooms have air-conditioning or if you prefer fans. Foxtel cable TV is available in the lounge room and there is Wifi Internet. Our apartment is fully self-contained with its own entrance and has a fully equipped modern kitchen. We supply all linen and towels. Guest AccessEntire 3 bedroom apartment with its own staircase. We will let you know where keys are once you book. Interaction with GuestsOnce we do a meet and greet, we like to leave our guests alone but we are always on hand if needed. But we enjoy the opportunity to get to know our guests and love to invite them down for a drink during the summer months in our garden. The NeighborhoodCoogee is a lively suburb with a beautiful beach and sea pool. It has numerous bars and restaurants and a vibrant night life. It has become a mecca for backpackers and tourists alike. The nearby Randwick Spot has numerous cafes and restaurants. We live minutes to a beautiful coastal walk from Coogee to Bondi or down the coast the other way to Maroubra. We like to say that we are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Coogee which is a mere 10 minute walk to Coogee beach or minutes by bus. Getting AroundThere are 2 bus stops immediately in front of the house which take you either up or down the Eastern Suburbs and the city is about 25 minutes by bus. Other Things to NoteWe are in a great location and close to numerous beaches/outdoor sea pools, cinemas, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants and the awesome coastal walk to Bondi. The bus stop to the city is right outside the front door.

The main room has a gorgeous timber queen size bed, built in closet and 2 drawer console. It also has a wall mounted TV and beautiful art by a local artist. The second bedroom has a large sliding door that opens into your own private courtyard and has a queen triple bunk bed, perfect to sleep up to 4 children or a couple comfortably. It has a closet and large under bed drawers. Both rooms have ceiling fans and there is air-conditioning/heating for the whole villa. The bathroom is sleek in its design and boasts a washer and dryer in the laundry section and a large open shower. A separate toilet with wash basin allows for greater flexibility in the space. The central living space has a digital TV and DVD player, dining table for at least 6 and 2 large couches for lazy afternoon rests.     The SpaceLarge Bright Modern Home We are looking to rent our home out during the Australian school holidays - April 11 - 27th and June 20th - July 13th and September and December/January if you are planning that far ahead! It is a beautiful family home, minutes walk to the beach, ocean pools of Coogee and a great park. The house is a newly renovated spacious north facing home by the sea with georgeous views across the park, ocean and beach. There are four spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king sized bed, private courtyard garden and ensuite. 3 other bedrooms have plenty of space - one room has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms are ideal children's rooms - and have single beds with a spare trundle bed in each. The main living part of the house is open plan with a large dining area, sitting area and kitchen. There is also a study. The back room provides the ideal living area for kids - with a TV, Xbox leading out into the back garden which has a ping pong table and trampoline. Perfect Beach Location: This is a perfect spot - only 200m walk to the famous Coogee ocean pool and cafe. Coogee beach is a beautiful example of one of Syndey's famous beaches - it is generally calm and has a year round life guard on duty so is reasonably safe. We are an easy 500m walk to over 50 shops and restaurants. Our street is interesting and busy during the day and very quiet at night. We are located right on the famous coastal walk that stretches from Bondi to Maroubra. There are heaps of restaurants and cafes within 7 minutes walk. Transport: The city is 15 minutes drive away and buses leave Coogee to the city, Bondi Junction and Pagewood on a very regular basis. Our house is located about 5 minutes drive from University of New South Wales.

    The SpaceOur gorgeous home is ideally situated on a quiet street with beach, famous coastal walk, park, BBQs, playground, ocean pools, shops and buses only minutes away. It is just a short bus ride to the University of NSW. The apartment has lofty 10-foot ceilings with beautiful hard wood polished floor boards in the lounge room and kitchen. There is super soft New Zealand pure wool carpet in the bedroom so that your feet will feel on holiday too. The lounge room is North facing so our apartment is filled with light throughout the day which is just lovely. In the afternoon the breeze from the ocean flows from the lounge room through the apartment and out through the kitchen. There is a cosy bay window seat (big enough to nap on) in the lounge room with loads of comfortable cushions for your relaxation. There is a dining table in the lounge room or if you prefer you can eat up on the rooftop terrace. There is a 1950s sofa that has been recently refurbished and converts into a large single bed. We have high speed wireless internet for your use. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV (free to air) in the lounge room with a Mac Mini media server (DVR/AirTunes) and speakers. Our functional kitchen is ideal for cooking up a storm. It has a gas cooktop, fan-forced electric oven and range hood exhaust. We have top quality Esteele, Le Creuset and Chasseur cookware for you to use and a full range of cooking utensils. There is also a wide range of cookbooks you are welcome to browse through. We invite you to use any food that takes your fancy from our fridge and pantry. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, a built-in front-loading washing machine and a fly-screen security door for those warmer days and evenings. The bathroom is small but well appointed with bathtub and shower over bath. There is an unlimited gas hot water system with an internal thermostat so you can adjust your shower temperature to one that is perfect for you. Our good sized main bedroom has built-in robes and a queen sized bed with cotton sheets and feather-filled doona/duvet/comforter. There is plenty of room for a cot. There is a quiet Hunter ceiling fan with remote control so you don't have to get out of bed to change the breeze or dim the lights. The smaller children's bedroom has a full sized bunk bed, perfect for families with small children. There are also plenty of children's books and toys. The rear stairs lead to a large communal rooftop terrace with ocean views including Wedding Cake Island and Coogee Beach. There is a washing line for quick drying of your clothes in the seabreeze and tables and chairs where you can sip your morning tea or coffee or eat your meals. The apartment is in a circa 1910 character block of seven with security and intercom. There are no shared walls with the neighbours. Also available for your use are a pedestal fan, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, kettle, toaster, fridge, espresso maker, etc. Our apartment has been made child and baby friendly and you are welcome to use a range of baby gear (small cot, toys, car seat, baby hiking pack, books, etc) upon request. The kitchen and living room is air conditioned for either heating or cooling. We have TV, DVD, Pay-TV. Please note that our nightly rate is reduced compared to others for this popular area as we would love guests to feed our cat while they stay at our house. She is gentle, but a little timid. She just needs food and water once a day, goes in and out of her cat door independently and doesn't have a litter tray to worry about. The NeighborhoodOur place is a great base to explore Sydney. You can walk to Coogee Beach and all amenities there within 15 mins via the beautiful coastal path. We have a coffee shop up the road and a service station opposite the house which is very handy for essentials. We can see ocean glimpses from our main bedroom and be on the coastal walking path within moments from our front door. See breezes and excellent transport make this a great spot. Getting AroundThere are buses from just up the road that can take you to the city, Maroubra Beach, Coogee Beach, Randwick, Centennial Park, Bondi Junction. Other Things to NotePlease note that our nightly rate is reduced for this popular summer season as we would love someone to feed our cat while they stay. She is gentle, but a little timid. She only needs food and water once a day and doesn't have a litter tray to worry about.

      The SpaceTwo bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a sofa lounge that folds out into a double bed. Full linen provided. Carpeted throughout, eat in in kitchen, small bathroom with shower over bath. The lounge room has a TV, surround sound, you can plug in your own music, use our antique record player to play our collection of Ella Fitzgerald to Miles Davis, and relax with the gas heater or ceiling fan. The flat is fully equipped. The great thing is you can cook your own meals if you don't want to eat out or order in. Menulog provides a huge selection of restaurants that deliver to this apartment. We are 200 metres to the coastal walk to Maroubra Beach or Coogee Beach, 10 -15 mins each way with beautiful rock pools that you can swim in. There is a bus stop 50 metres away - 10 mins to Randwick, major shops or Sydney CBD (25 minutes). There is free street parking out the front, always free spaces. We are close to Coogee, Randwick and The Spot. The Spot, is where there are many restaurants including Thai, Pizza, Spanish Tapas, Japanese. There are trendy bars, pubs and the delightful Randwick Ritz cinema. If you like the Ritz on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), they pick three movies each week, which can be seen for only $8!
