One block from the beautiful Swan River with its Parklands, lakes, walking/cycling tracks and panoramic views of CBD, 10 minutes by bus (home is on main bus line) to city and /Kings Park and 20 minutes to Ocean, this property is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. My home is split level and is very comfortable with a spacious open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area and 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite and french doors opening to patio area 'upstairs' and a second lounge, bathroom/toilet, large bedroom and a tiny single person sleep out 'downstairs' (there are only 2 stairs) . This very small room can also be rented at a lower cost $30 per night. The lower lounge opens with french doors onto the rear patio, garden and pool area. In addition, there is a separate studio like unit a few meters from the house with French doors opening directly onto swimming pool.
