The SpaceNice, comfy & quiet bedroom located at the beautiful park. Clean and quiet environment. I own the house and I mainly live in the master-room, and the theater room. I've had my housemate living with me, and we get along very well. 7 mins walk to Harrisdale Woolworth, Aldi supermarket, fruit store, pharmacy, cafe, Mcdonald, KFC and other groceries. 3 mins walk to bus station, close to Cockburn Station, Jandakot Spudshed for grocery shopping, Livingston shopping mall, Canning Vale market, Southern River Coles and also 15 mins drive to Murdoch University. Oats, Fruits, Coffee, Tea, Bread are provided, please help yourself. There's a nice park around my place. You can have a nice walk early in the morning or evening. I am mature, professional who work full time at the city. I'm clean, tidy, and like to keep the house in a manageable state. However I am a sociable person, fun, easy going and welcome you to join me for a dinner but will always respect your privacy. I was very happy that I chose this house . We loved it. Up to expectations and we will be back - John September 2016 We had a lovely stay, Sara was friendly and helpful and helped us when we needed. The beds where very comfortable.The kitchen was nice and big and had enough cooking utensils etc if you needed to cook.The Lounge rooms where comfortable and Relaxing and had a good size Tv also,and a few great movies if you had the children with you.The Bathrooms where great,I would have loved to had had a bath though we ran out of time. We had a lovely home away from home experience. I had the best sleep that I've had in a while,as being in Perth we thought it may be noisy but the area was quiet and relaxing.A lovely street to stay on. Everything was exactly like the pictures. The house was bigger than when expected and as we shared it with our friends we still had our own privacy to do our own thing if we needed. The House was clean and tidy and had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The back yard was a lovely treat with an out door setting and BBQ Area.The lockable carport was great knowing that our cars would be safe for the time. We had a very comfortable secure stay .Lovely Parks close by and walkways. Lovely area also,it felt just like home.Not to far away from the city or too far from Fremantle,a few great shops and shopping centre just down the road,and not far from a few good places to eat out. We had a lovely Sunday Morning exploring Canningvale Markets also and enjoying there fresh food produce.
