The SpacePlease come and stay at my apartment close to Bristol City centre , whilst I'm away at work on the High Seas . My friend Helen has kindly offered to host your stay . The apartment is on the 1st floor in a building containing 1 other apartment (with separate entrances) . It is located 20 minutes walk from the city centre and the same distance away from the main train station of Temple Meads . It is on the bus route to and from Bristol International Airport and a single ticket costs £6. The Airport bus is very convenient and frequent, leaving every 10 minutes. The apartment is a lounge/ diner layout with a large and extremely comfy corner sofa and a small dining area . There is one main bedroom as well as a separate bathroom and toilet . The flat is now equipped with broadband internet and satellite T.V. There is a Stereo with radio that can be controlled through the T.V. and MP3 / i-Players can be connected. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fan oven, a microwave , a fridge , a freezer and a dishwasher. There are local shops (food, veg, milk and wine) and a bus service in to the city centre. Within 5 mins walk are an Indian, Thai and middle eastern take away and the best Fish and chip shop in Bristol. Interaction with GuestsI will away at work on the high seas during your stay. Helen will look after you and help with any problems you might encounter. The NeighborhoodBedminster is often described as 'up & coming'. In other words it has 'character'. Essentially, as with many formerly run down, inner city areas, Bedminster is undergoing a bit of a hipster makeover. This gentrification is more established towards the other end of north street in Southville. In the opposite direction lies Bedminster's best asset; its proximity to the City Centre, river and docks. Getting AroundBristol is not the easiest city to drive in and parking is limited. Buses to the city centre leave from East street every 10mins and coming back the bus stop is very close to the flat at the end of Westbourne Grove by the Black Cat pub. Its £1.50 to get in to 'town'. A taxi will be just less than £7.50 and walking takes about 20mins. The nicest route is down Dean lane and over the Goal Ferry Bridge. The best way to the airport is on the airport bus which stops on West Street at the Chessels/Parsons Street. Its £6 one way. Getting to and from Temple Meads railway station by Bus is frustrating; you have to catch the 8/9 from the station in to the city centre and then 75/76 out again. Taxi is a better option at about £7.50

Guest AccessGuests will have access to most of the house and the garden if they so wish. We do ask that guests check out of there rooms and the house by 11 am on the day of departure, we are happy for luggage to be left until later, by arrangement. Other Things to NotePlease note that as we do not have a tumble-dryer it is not possible to do large amounts of laundry.(there is a very good laundrette close by)
