The SpaceOur lovely home sits high on the hill overlooking King George Sound. A popular place is the warm sunroom to enjoy a coffee, breakfast or simply a quiet place to sit and relax while you watch whatever boating activity is happening in the Sound. Your private room has quality bedding to ensure a great nights sleep and your own bathroom is only three steps away. In the cooler months an electric blanket is available if you like to be extra cozy and warm. A second bedroom is available within the same booking upon request if required. There will be a large selection available for you to enjoy a continental breakfast each morning. Fresh fruit, selection of breads and muffins, cereal selections, fruit juice, jams, yoghurts and coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of teas. This is a great place for you to base yourself whether you are in Albany for a few days of leisure or perhaps visit on a regularly for business. Guest AccessYou have access to full kitchen facilities including an automatic coffee machine. You are free to use washing, ironing and laundry facilities. A big BBQ and outdoor area is available. Use of a computer is available on request and Wi-fi access is available at all times. Interaction with GuestsWe will enjoy spending time with you if you want the company. We are busy active people so it is also likely that you will have plenty of time to yourself. We can give you information on how to make the best use of your time in Albany so you have a great stay. The NeighborhoodOur home is in a quiet cul-de-sac street which is located between the town centre and the beach. Its a short 2.5 km walk to either Middleton Beach or Emu Point or just a few minutes drive. A large supermarket is located 1.5km away for any groceries you may want and the main shopping and town centre is approximately 4km. The hospital is less than 5 minute walk. Getting AroundAlbany is easy driving and tourist information is available in your room. There are public buses that operate from within a 2-3 min walk away that can take you to the town centre if required. Other Things to NoteMurray and I use Airbnb for our own travel arrangements so we have become very familiar with the things that make our stays enjoyable. We do our very best to give you all the comforts of home, information, assistance and hospitality that will ensure you have a great stay whether it be for business or leisure. We do have a cat called Muggles that is part of the family, but its unlikely you'll get to see him as he tends to make himself invisible whenever extra people are around.

Getting AroundYour own car is recommended, some shops and health campus 10 minutes walk. Other Things to NoteHouse also has a double carport and parking for a small boat. Outdoor patio/bbq area (NOTE: council noise restrictions, guests not permitted in the patio area after 8.30pm).

The SpaceLuscious, queen size room with double built in robes and large private bathroom and separate toilet. An additional king size single room is also available on request at an additional cost. Large, spacious modern home with lovely quiet garden areas to relax and recharge. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Central quiet location, only 10 minute stroll to CBD. You can use this as a base to explore all the wonderful local sights, bush walks and magnificent coast. Thirty minute drive to the Porongurup’s, Stirling Ranges and picturesque Denmark. Guest AccessI now have an empty nest and have returned to study, it seemed a shame not to share my beautiful home with travelers exploring the wonders of the Great Southern. You will be sharing the main living space with me however due to my own work and study commitments you will have plenty of privacy as well. This is a large home with the guest bedrooms at the opposite end of the house to me so you will have your own space. You will also have access to the beautiful outdoor areas and BBQ facilities. WIFI available. The kitchen is available for tea/coffee and continental breakfast. No cooking without prior arrangement and discussion. Interaction with GuestsI will be available to provide you with friendly support, recommendations and assistance as needed. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet location, I am surrounded by retirees. Rural views. Close to CBD, beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Walking distance to local shops, hospital and parks. Getting AroundThere is plenty of parking at the the house. If you hope to explore the area you will definitely need a car as there is minimal public transport. Other Things to NoteThis is not really suitable for either mobile young children or children under 12.

Our holiday house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Its only a 2 minute walk to the newly completed Albany Health Campus and 5 minute drive to the CBD, Emu Point and Middleton Beach. It offers you all the modern conveniences to make your stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The house is fully self contained with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 generous sized bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds, Bedroom 3 - Queen bed) and there 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/living/meals/games room is open plan with a separate lounge at the front of the house for just sitting and enjoying the view. The outdoor entertaining area houses patio furniture and gas BBQ (please note guests are not allowed to sit outdoors in patio area past 9.30pm due to Council residential noise regulations). Parties are strictly prohibited. The main living area is heated by a Daiken inverter air conditioner or for those really cold nights a wood burning tile fire can be lit (firewood is supplied). There is a 65 inch Plasma TV situated in the main living area and to keep the kids busy an original Xbox with games. Maximum Guests in house is 6. We accept payments via EFTPOS eg. Mastercard, Visacard. Please note we do not accept American Express. Minimum 3 night stay ($235 per night), price drops to $199 per night for every night thereafter - these prices are valid to 30 June 2017. Pet Friendly And not forgetting your furry friends, the house is dog friendly. Dogs are allowed indoors (not on the furniture) and the yard is fully enclosed. A doggie door is situated next to the games room/outdoor area so your family pet can enter/exit the house by themselves. A bond of $80 per dog is required and will be returned if no damage has been done. Guests must ensure that dogs do not bark continually as per Council residential noise regulations). Kira's holiday house is an air conditioned three bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Spencer Park. Conveniently located close to Albany Hospital and a shopping center. A short 3 minute drive to Albany CBD or 5 minute drive to Middleton Beach. Pet friendly (fees apply), with a fully enclosed backyard that has a covered patio with outdoor settings. The house is spacious and recently renovated with modern appliances. There is plenty of room to pop in a few foldaway beds for larger groups and the enclosed backyard is a fabulous area for the kids to play in. Please note: Biting or aggressive dogs are not allowed regardless of Muzzle guard or cage. -Pet must be fully trained and restrained by guest. -Pet must comply with local registration requirements -Dogs may not be left unattended in the accommodation -Carriers/cages are recommended for cats -Leads & collars must be brought -In public areas leads and /or muzzles are to be used where appropriate and/or required by law. -Pets are not allowed to be on furniture or beds at any time. -Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. -Guests are financially responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. -Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on Kiras property and in the neighbourhood. The SpaceThe studio is set behind our home and totally private with your own bathroom. Although no facilities for cooking, a small fridge, microwave/convection oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine are inside the studio for guests to use. Fresh, clean linen and towels are provided. We can provide safe, off street parking and free wifi from the verandah of our home where guests can enjoy a view over Albany, Mt. Clarence and Mt. Melville. The studio is most suitable for a couple, however there is the possibility of accommodating two extra guests if required. (Extra guests to provide own swag/blow up mattress). Guest AccessGuests have full use of the studio and free off street parking is available in a covered car port. Guests are asked to park in this area to enable free movement of home owners vehicles. Interaction with GuestsWe value your privacy however as we are close by we are happy to offer information on Albany and generally or assistance if you need. We use our covered verandah ourselves and will enjoy the opportunity to sit and chat with guests if they wish to share. The NeighborhoodWe live in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the central area of town (15 minute walk/3 minute drive) and in close proximity of many tourist attractions and beaches. The hospital is a five minute drive with a small local shopping centre a 10 minute walk with a chemist, supermarket and bottle shop. Coffee and cooked breakfasts at Reeves only a five minute walk. Getting AroundAlthough the centre of town is an easy walk and Reeves or Naked Bean Coffee are only a 5 – 10 minute walk, a car or bike is practicable for other sight seeing and activities. There is a bus service with the bus stop a minute away however it is not as regular as city transport systems. Other Things to NoteAlthough strictly no smoking inside the studio, smoking is permitted outside and on verandah. Please dispose of butts in ashtrays or rubbish bins, not in the garden. An extra cleaning fee will apply if guests smoke inside the studio.

The SpaceOur renovated 60's cottage has 3 good sized bedrooms, (2 queen, 1 double) and a 4th smaller bedroom with a bunkbed. The house can comfortably sleep 7 - 8 people. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and there is a second bathroom near bedrooms 2 & 3. There are 2 living areas. Outside there is timber decked front and rear verandas and peaceful native gardens. The NeighborhoodMy place is within easy walking distance of local shops (IGA supermarket, newsagent, bottle shop, chemist, butcher, and bakery).
