Guest AccessThe annex is well appointed with a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, shower room, 2 WCs. The garden leads out of french doors with a seating area immediately adjacent to the property. There is ample parking in the courtyard in front of the annex. The NeighborhoodThe Lincolnshire Wolds offer many attractions for the visitor. It is wonderful walking and cycling country, with many historic places to discover and explore. There are many walks to take from East Keal which quickly take the visitor in the beautiful rurality of Lincolnshire. The cathedral city of Lincoln is about 45 mins away. The nearby coast offers a variety of experiences from the attractions at Skegness to the isolated beaches just north of the resort, as well as the accessible bird sanctuary at Gibraltar Point. Lincolnshire is known as Bomber County and has many historic, wartime airfields including the home of The Dambusters at Woodhall Spa. The Aviation Center at East Kirkby is 3 miles away and the Memorial Flight is stationed at Conningsby, which is a very pleasant 10 mile drive from Home Farm. From the end of October to the New Year, hundreds of grey seals gather to give birth to their pups at Donna Nook which is an easy drive from the Annex. Other Things to NoteWe have a large garden with two ponds and so the property is unsuitable for unsupervised toddlers and small children.

Field view holiday bungalow is situated in a quite rural village and just 7 miles from Skegness. The bungalow is a large and spacious property consisting of a lounge with a 42in flat screen TV, dinning room, kitchen, wet room bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bath. The second bathroom has a sink and toilet both are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Bedroom 1 has a double bed side tables, wardrobe and 22in flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, side tables, wardrobe and 22in flat screen TV. There is also a sun room and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Free WIFI is now available at the Bungalow The local village hall is open most days offering a range of activities and fully licensed bar. The hall is only 3 minutes walking distance from Fieldview. If your looking for a quite retreat this is the place for you. There is no public transport so a car is essential. Electricity is payable separately at point of leaving via a meter Irby in the marsh is a small rural village in East Lindsey, Lincolnshire. Irby's small Grade II* listed Anglican parish church is dedicated to All Saints,[1] and seats approximately 95 people. Medieval in origin, it is constructed in green stone and brick, and was re-detailed in 1770, with a new chancel added in 1886. The village is surrounded by farm land and ideal for walking, cycling. Near by there a number of fishing lakes and local attractions such as the heavy horse centre. Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. The Centre is home to Lancaster NX611 and a museum based on a WWII airfield with original control tower, Escape Society museum, Home Front exhibition, Hampden restoration project, memorial chapel and many memorabilia exhibitions. The Centre is open Mon-Sat. Closed Sundays. During the Summer the Lancaster performs taxy runs usually once a week. It is possible to have a taxy ride on the Lancaster, booking is essential as rides get booked up months in advance.

There is a shared garden, laundry and games room. Coarse fishing licences (ÂŁ30/week) are available allowing access in the farm's lakes for those bringing their own equipment.       The Space"Stable in" and the adjacent Old Bakery House sit high on the Wolds and have commanding views over the fens. Both buildings have large colourful gardens and an orchard to relax and give pleasure. Internally the bright cheerful large well furnsihed space provides ample warm accommodation for the evening and in inclement weather, with books and games on offer. The comfortable twin beds form a double and there is a spare mattress for a child. Bedding for a second child can be arranged. To one side is a cheerful shower room and a well fitted kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and masses of storage. At the other end is a room with storage space for bicycles, golf clubs etc. Stable-in is cool, quirky and so comfortable you will want to come back again. Guest Access"Stable in" is adjacent to the large well colourful gardens of Old Bakery House. In addition to the internal facilities all the family may discover two secret gardens and play in the large field beyond the main gardens. Within 100 metres is a combined post office and well stocked grocery/off licence. In Nearby Spilsby are found Sainsbury, Co-op and numerous other stores set around the market place. Monday is market day bustle with stalls and an auction of secondhand goods. Do not miss out in Spilsby on artisanal products such as poacher cheese, Lincolnshire sausages, fine breads and of course Lincolnshire plum bread. Interaction with GuestsThe privacy of guests is maintained at all times. Yet in the adjacent Old Bakery house there is always someone to provide advice and help when it is needed. The NeighborhoodThe village of East Keal is set on a summit of the beautifil Wolds countryside. The Old Bakery House and Stable-in built in 1865 are two of the outstanding buildings in the village and have very large gardens. The properties are set in quiet Church Lane, away from the main A16 road. Walk around the village and you will have stunning views over the fens towards the coast and on clear days Boston Stump is visible. Numerous public footpaths across woodlands and fields lead in and out of the village. Descend to the fens and cycle on the flat by pretty canals or take advantage of the angling opportunities. There are so many things to do. Within easy reach are an aviation centre, ancient castles, pretty villages with charming pubs, as well charming towns such as Horncastle (antiques), Alford and Louth. With half an hour by road are Skegness and other coastal resorts, the Gibraltar Point nature and birding reserve. For kids Skegness offers awesome rides including one of the scariest roller coaster rides ever. Skegness beaches offer fine sands and donkey rides for the toddlers (in season) Boston with its tidal river, inland docks, old market place and Boston stump also offer shopping By Tesco, Asda and usually the cheapest motor fuel in the country. Lincoln and its splendid cathedral and ancient city centre are easily reached by road. Stay a week and you will want another. There is so much to do and see Getting AroundFor those with a vehicle there is off street parking adjacent to Stable-in. At the nearby post office buses stop to provide connections to Boston, Spilsby, Skegness and Mablethorpe, as well as Lincoln. Local taxis are also available. Other Things to NoteIf needed machine washing of clothes can be undertaken for a small fee. A dryer set in the main garden may be used. In the accommodation is provided an iron and an ironing board.
