The SpaceThis is one unique space!
You'll be spending the night in our "guest house" that is part of the western themed barn that I built for my wife, Deanna!
The "Saloon" is a 12'X12' living space with a couch, mini fridge, microwave, and TV/DVD player.
The "Boarding house" is a 12'X12' sleeping area with 2 built in bunk beds, night stands, and a chair.
The private "bath house" is short walk away, to the main house, and has a shower room, sink, & toilet.
There is a deck with a propane grill, table, and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoor living space.
The Mercantile is my wife's chicken coop. The front half is decorated as an old fashioned general store. The back half is the coop and is partitioned off from the front and houses her hens.
The Bank is our brooder house. Our baby chicks & ducks start their journey here.
The Blacksmiths shop and the Milling are actually one room and has 3 stalls that house our goats.
All animals are fenced off and can't access to the Saloon & Boarding House area.
We are a country retreat. There is no Wi-Fi, cell, or phone service at the Saloon or Boarding House, so disconnect and relax for awhile.
You can also check out the availability of The Apartment, The Country Cabin, or The RV Space @ Cole's Greene Acres Farm. Guest AccessYou will have access to 2 stocked farm ponds for fishing, over 700 acres of private land for hiking, and then you can relax down by the bonfire in the evening. Interaction with GuestsWe are available throughout your stay to provide any information you may require.
If you would like to assist on the farm, we'd be more than glad to let you pitch in and lend a helping hand! Collect your own eggs for breakfast. The NeighborhoodWhat Neighborhood? This is a country retreat!!!! ;-)
Our closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away (if you count relatives)
Ensure you do all your shopping before you arrive. Other Things to NoteFarm fresh eggs ($3/doz), pastured poultry (whole bird or cuts: drumstick, thigh, breast, wings, tenderloins), and many other items are available for purchase on the farm.
When you arrive at our destination, park beside the large red garage. Walk across the road to the 1800's log home and come to the side door (left side of the house as you approach) so we can assist in getting you checked in.
