St Boswells is an ideal stop-off for walkers on St Cuthbert's Way or the Borders Abbey Way. Sporting facilities in the village include a nine-hole golf course and tennis courts. Guest AccessAccess to the accommodation is through the front on the ground floor and you will have your own key. You can sit in the Conservatory, overlooking the garden at the back, and you are welcome to walk round the garden. Interaction with GuestsBlair & Sarah live next door and can help further with any questions you may have. The NeighborhoodThe nearest eating place is the Buccleuch Arms on the A68. It is about half a mile from our house. There are also restaurants in Melrose about three miles away. In the village there is a Co-op food store as well as two take-ways, a couple of hairdressers, a newsagent and post office. The centre of the village is about one mile away from our house. Getting AroundThe cottage is about 400 metres from the A68 and there are bus services which connect to the local towns and Edinburgh (nos 51 & 52) as well as to Berwick-on -Tweed (no 67) and Carlisle (X95) to connect with mainline railway services. The Borders Railway runs from Tweedbank to Edinburgh and stations in between. Tweedbank station is about five miles from St Boswells and has bus links.
