Our home is the ultimate destination for outdoor adventurers, family get-togethers, crafting weekends, as well as leisure travelers and those simply wanting a quiet weekend escape in historic, picturesque Taylors Falls. Our home was built in 1860 and is on the Taylors Falls Historic registry. It is located on a quiet residential street on the St Croix River. The interior offers 4 cozy bedrooms (3 queen beds and 1 full size bed), family room with Apple TV, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen with restaurant grade appliances and a 3-season porch. There is a lovely front porch area for relaxing, a back deck overlooking the beautiful backyard and an upper level deck off the master bedroom with a spectacular view during leaf season. The master bedroom has a nursery with a pack’n’play crib. The home comfortably accommodates 8 people. This property is family friendly, with a children's items such as high chair, baby gate, outlet plugs, toys/play room, bibs, sippy cups, plastic plates and a changing table. Taylors Falls and the surrounding area have ALL of the adventure without the long drive. Here you can enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, live music, waterparks, zip lines, boating, fishing, sightseeing, arts, shopping, dining, and much more; all within a 45 minute drive from Minneapolis and St. Paul.
